But at the same time I’m scared once I gain weight she won’t let me lose weight again, and I don’t want to have to be at a higher weight for over a year till I can move out.
I thought about restricting super heavy during the day, and eat dinner with the family so she’s not as on me about eating more, then upping my exercise level so I lose weight.
but idk, what do you guys think?

Low cal soup
I have been OBSESSED with this recently. It’s so comforting and filling. I play around with the ingredients based off how I’m feeling
Ingredients:
-1 can chicken broth (20 cal)
-cornstarch (30 cals for 1 tbsp) (add more or less depending on how thick you want it, totally optional to add as well)
- 1 or 2 small eggs (65 cals for one small egg)
- onion powder (0 cals)
-salt (0 cals)
-1 small can mushrooms (30 cals) (optional but I love them bc they’re low cal and make me feel fuller)
Directions:
1. Pour the chicken broth into a small pot over medium heat. Add in cornstarch (if using), onion powder, and salt.
2. While it’s heating crack your egg(s) into a small bowl, and whisk them.
3. As soon as the broth comes to a boil and your eggs and mushrooms, and take off the heat.
4. If you want bigger pieces of egg don’t stir it after you pour the eggs in.
5. Serve in your favorite bowl, and be careful because it will be very hot.
