hmm no reason in particular it's more of a personal headcanon, I imagine that he tended to get really obsessed with his work and specific projects for days at a time to the point where he would do things like yea forget to eat and his physical health would suffer a lot (even more than the rest of the think tank bc they definitely all did this to some degree)

AND I LOVE DRAWING THE THINK TANK SO MUCH I have so many feelings and headcanons and thoughts about them when they were human.. they have plagued my life for like 5 years LOL so the fact that there are a bunch of other ppl who also go nuts over the characters from this random 13(?) year old dlc is so awesome, the happy feedback inspires me to share my own silly personal art that I might not have posted otherwise!!
