I don’t know if you all realize how often I think about @02511213942 ‘s art and specifically the “Aaron and Neil were friends first” lol. Neil brought snacks for the study session

(I do know there’s a fic about the topic out there as well but I.. don’t read fic much so 025’s was my intro the au train of thought and I fell in love with it. Andrew’s throwback memory is their art from the above linked post and the whole thing is worth seeing again even if you’ve already seen it 😂💕)

Cause you know who has the same brainrot as you? The same unhinged feelings as you after you've read the fic? The person who always wants to scream about the fic with you?

I never used to leave comments but since I got into the habit of commenting on everything i enjoy it's been incredible. Especially when the author gets back to me about it and we get to have a discussion of what other ideas they had. One writer replied to my comment with a 5 paragraph essay detailing the Floorplan of the building the characters lived in and it was incredible

Anyways this is all to say that if you find a fic that just makes you want to scream from the rooftops, leave a comment saying that to the author and maybe they will join you and you can scream incoherently together

WIP wednesday 03/04/2024 - Mafia 101 (Part 3) Prev - Masterpost

Riko turned over in the bed. The duvet was heavy and soft - For anyone else it would probably be very comforting. But Riko could not sleep. He’d never gotten used to sleeping alone in his room after Kevin had gone away, but sleeping without even the bed at the other side with everything intact left no space for Riko to imagine his brother was just away for a few hours before he’d be back.

At last, he kicked the covers off himself and got up, the urge to pace getting too high. He walked a bit around in the room. It was modestly decorated, which was still a lot more than the Raven’s dorm rooms. Besides the bed, there was a small night stand with a lamp, and a large, decorative rug on the floor that had caught Riko’s eyes right away with its colorful depiction of a large eastern dragon. At the far wall, there was a closet to keep clothes in, though Riko had not brought any with him, hopefully Levi was prepared for that. Come to think of it, it was interesting the body guard was the one to show him around. Shouldn’t it have been a butler or other in house staff of some kind? He hadn’t seen anyone else until now.

He went to the door and grabbed the handle, half expecting it to be locked. Everything was larger and wider than in the Nest, yet he felt claustrophobic on every turn.
