Male performer in OnlyFans star videos can be charged: police

Indonesia's biggest sex scandal of 2022 may claim another suspect as Jakarta metro police claim they approached a male entertainer in the videos of a recently arrested OnlyFans model.

Last week, Jakarta Metro Police arrested a woman for selling pornographic content on the OnlyFans social subscription platform. The suspect, known on OnlyFans as @gresaids, has been charged with violations of Indonesian laws against pornography and the internet, which could put her in jail for up to six years.

Today, police say they have identified a man who regularly appeared in her sex videos.

“We will definitely increase the number of suspects [in this case]. By law, additional or supporting artists [in sex tapes] can also be identified as suspects,” Auliansyah Lubis, director of the Jakarta Special Crimes Unit, told a news conference.

Police previously said @gresaids would not have to remain in police custody while the investigation into her case continued, citing her status as a student as an important consideration. The suspect has expressed his willingness to cooperate fully with the police investigation.

Indonesia, which has draconian laws banning pornography, isn't exactly known for its OnlyFans models. Still, @gresaids has managed to stand out from the rare lot in recent weeks after appearing on arguably the country's most popular podcast, in which she spoke candidly about posting photos and videos on the platform.

@gresaids told police that she earns about IDR 20 million (USD 1,392) selling her content on OnlyFans per month.

In December 2021, Indonesian police arrested another popular adult content creator affiliated with OnlyFans after posting an exhibitionist video shot at Yogyakarta airport.
