#do it #seriously #though sometimes I don't get how many people delete their fics #I have written fics in my lifetime that are super cringy and I don't necessarily like but Iwould never ever delete them #you never know if someone likes your work even though you don't #but I mean if you want to delete your fics then you are entirely entitled to it I just don't get it #unless you're getting published or something #that's just my take though #fics #fanfic

Hmm, now this one really stumps me as well. There are certainly fics that involves either Charles being a single dad or a prostitute but I can't seem to recall a fic where he is both.

If you're looking for a single dad Charles fic with mpeg then I definitely recommend Round the Corner Waiting by swoop swoop

I'll continue looking though and in the meantime I'm going to send this out there if anyone does recall this fic???

Hi everyone! I wanted to post and apologise for being inactive for the last few months on the good old Tumblr but I’ve been both jiggling a full time job and a full time additional diploma at the university so...things have been hectic. But don’t you worry, I’ve not abandoned the cherik fandom and certainly haven’t stopped making fic recs for you all. I just wanted to update you on where I’ve been and why I haven’t had the time to spend as much time here as I would like. Also, being a grown up sometimes kicks you in the butt, so that’s kind of been my situation right now. And...and I went to a small vacation in the beginning of the month, which was a blast! Anyways, I hope you’re all enjoying the holiday season (if you celebrate)  and you’ll hear from me very very soon.

another thing that’s on my mind is that charles tries to tell erik he’s not all rage and pain and that’s all well and good and he shows erik the softness inside himself, but erik is just frustrated as hell that charles refuses to tap into his own rage and pain and refuses to feel it and let it motivate him. and that’s probably part of why he says “let him come” when charles comes for him on the plane, because he’s just happy to see charles ACKNOWLEDGE that something hurt him and actually fucking do something about it
