am I the only one who can't find the difference between anime eiji and manga eiji?? except for those nasty jokes in the manga like he didn't even curse....

I think the nasty jokes in the manga could be enough to point out a difference in Eiji's character in both anime and manga,, though it's not a big one imo.. it's understandable if you don't!! The manga just has more of Eiji's snarky comments and his nasty jokes which tells you that Eiji is not that innocent hahaha

housewife ash lynx is currently living rent free in my head.

just can't stop thinking about ash carefully making dinner following a recipe he saw in one of the culinary shows he's been watching recently. the house was cleaned by him that afternoon btw. he's feeling happy. he wishes to see his husband as soon as possible and spoil the shit out of him omg he'd get along super well with the old ladies and share the gossip! he's in love with the world itself and he just feels good.

eiji is a spoiled, rich boy with a gigantic crush on the cute blond waiter that works at his favorite cafe so eiji gives really generous tips to ash. he'll be putting a 20$ on the table anytime ash comes to his table, sometimes even a 50$ or even higher — he just loves to have the blond as his personal waiter and to have a mini chat with him. if eiji sees that ash is too busy with other tables, he won't bother so much, but he kinda demands that ash comes right before he leaves. ash tells how annoying that man is to his co-workers, but he won't admit he likes when he's complimented by the other.

ash wants to be a teacher (the truth is that he's not so sure about it, he doesn't know what he wants to do but since he's already 17 he was rushed to find something to focus on) and do lots of stuff but the pressure of go to a college as soon as he finishes highschool makes him so stressed out. it's only him and his mother, since griffin is working overseas who also sends money whenever he can and his father left them, and their financial situation is not so good so ash found that job which matches his time table.

while eiji already knows he wants to do and what college he wants to go and doesn't need to worry about anything else since he can have it all and more. if he wants something, he can and will have it. his parents are business people that spoiled too much their son but didn't pay much attention to him bc of time. the first time he saw ash, he immediately knew he wanted him. however, ash never seemed to give a shit abt him so he found a way to get a bit of his attention. eiji really wants to get close to ash and doesn't know how to approach the other bc he's afraid it's a one side thing that could ruin everything he tried to get where he is right now, that is being ash smiling at one of his crappy jokes.

so, one day, eiji leaves a paper with his phone number along with a 50$ and gives it to ash before leaving. "text me when you can", eiji says with a gentle smile while shitting himself. ash keeps the paper in his pocket and just nods. eiji is dying of embarrassment as he walks to his ✨ limo ✨

to eiji's surprise, ash does text him that very night with a pic of his cat with the caption "this is my cat :)" eiji is all giggles and chuckling to himself as he takes a pic of his doggo and sends it to ash. "this is my dog uwu"
