The Xenoblade Chronicles series is my favorite game series of all time! MonolithSoft, those peeps are geniuses.
Beyond that obsession I also use my tumblr for ramblings, youtube updates and the occasional fanfiction info.
Badgers and coyotes hunt together. It's a thing. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service explains that “studies have shown that this unusual relationship is beneficial for both species. The coyote can chase down prey if it runs and the badger can dig after prey if it heads underground into its burrow systems.”
I really enjoyed Link Your Wish 2 years ago, Our Bright Parade last year was so incredible i didn't think it could be topped but Capture the Moment was absolutely fantastic.
Been watching so many performances over and over and chilling with several watchalongs as an excuse to keep watching. I took so many screenshots, just picked 30 from the three main stages (i did see Honeyworks as well and it was awesome)
I wouldn't even know what to bring up first or highlight so quickfire. Korone's aerial was crazy, Botan singing the Build OP Be The One was tops, Bae's solo performance, Risu killing it for the 3rd year in a row of insane solo performances, the format returned to 3rd fes with group performances mixed among the solos, the addition of medley / mashups for some of the performances was genius.
also was Holo ID 3's first fes and the three of them did great too.
All in all I can't say good enough things about it. Gonna enjoy the archive as much as I can and then absolutely adding this bluray to my collection with 3rd fes, 4th fes, New Underworld Order (and hopefully soon Shout in Crisis)
Thanks for another incredible fes Hololive and here is to another year!!
I remember when this show first aired on Jetix, I was way young at the time but I thought the trailers looked cool and I wanted to watch it. I saw episodes here and there, several moments really stood out to me but I didn't see the show in full cause it aired around my curfew back then. At the very least I know I saw the final episode.
Somehow despite such an incomplete viewing, the show stuck with me and I wanted to watch it again. I picked up the 15th anniversary Bluray some time back and just watched the whole show across 4 days last week, it was fantastic.
Immediately what I think about it is the alien and ship design cause dern there were some awesome designs in the show. The Crog Trident has lived in my head rent free since I first saw the show. Elements of it influenced the little comics I drew for fun.
Suffice it to say I think the show is fantastic, a lot of fun and well worth watching. I'd recommend it easily! I still need to look at all the behind the scenes features but I wanted to shout out my 3 favorite episodes.
Silent Like Spirit - the whole thing
Ominous Like O - for the confrontation that was building since the first episode
Canaletto's Revenge - which features the final race that is a really great conclusion
Now that I've relived this great nostalgia trip, next old anime on my list to track down and watch is IGPX which funny enough I looked it up to find they are planning to release a bluray of that this year XD
Evidence against the argument that Superman's disguise wouldn't fool anyone:
Dolly Parton once lost a Dolly Parton look alike contest to a fucking drag queen.
Charlie Chaplin once failed to even place at a Charlie Chaplin impersonator contest.
Hugh Jackman went to comic con as Wolverine, only 2 people noticed him and one told him he was too tall.
Christopher Reeve use to go to a restaurant in costume when filming Superman. When he went in the Superman costume he was mobbed by people all the time. When he went in the Clark Kent costume no one realized he was Christopher Reeve.
