Instead of doing Magical March, I want to try and do Monster March. I don't know if this art challenge already exists though, but that's what I'm going to do. I want to try and do the Monster High characters and I choose Wydowna Spider as my first one. I also wanted to use my colored leads as much as I can before getting more colored leads (MORE COLORS).

This is from her official art profile and I'm also trying do to some pose studies as I go. I'm going to do a lot of sketches for a while, the only coloring will be some minor shading and coloring from the same color and if I do a bigger piece, that might not be for a long time and it'll probably be digital (ish). And again, I was playing a bit with the lightings.

She was also for #feabruary but I finished her now. A personal OC, she's more purple and pink than red. This is also a pose I got on google images. Two versions cuz I used different lighting settings. (Also too tired right now to write more 😂)

This was supposed to have been done for Faebruary, but I was moving and while I did sketch her and stuff, I never got around to really finishing her.

The new place I moved into, sine it's really small, I'm going to do a lot of 'finished' sketches like this one, sketchy with colored parts and such. My new place doesn't have space for me to do my usual art station setup. I also bought some colored leads so I was ITCHING to try them out and they are wonderful!!! They're also erasable like actual black lead, so that was by far the best point! Courtesy of @kawaiipenshop

She's a 'pixie' I bought from @puripurr on DA. I changed her to a faerie with the power to control anything that's blue-colored. The intensity of the blue correlates to power intensity as well. She prefers blue roses so the roses on her dress are usuable and can regrow after sometime, thus an infinite blue supply for her.

I attempted a profile because they're one of my weak points and a personal goal of mine this year is to draw as much as possible and to work on my weak points. (Maybe some other things too, but they escape me at this moment)

I suck with black shading, but I love how the greys came out. This is actually 2nd attempt at this pose, the previous one was done within the supposed outfit date.

~ Ralph - Those are all mistletoes ppl, MISTLETOES. I saw this really cool and cute design with like a hanging ornament and I wanted to incorporate it in with candles, and glowing rings.

The gifts along with these card were scarves and cowls that I knitted. The envelope you see with Jie's card, I bought the stuff, but DIY-ed the envelope cuz I couldn't find ones I liked and thought it'd be better this way.

A ribbon bracelet that I made for a friend. Unfortunately I used plastic ribbons instead of the fabric ribbons, but this was good practice!! He said his wrist was 8" in circumference, my doofus ass did some kind of weirdass mental gymnastics and made it too big.

He choose a grey colour, a light blue (almost steel blue), and a bright orange. The small blue beads on the sides of the orange beads was a spur of the moment choice and I like it.

My first gifts of Christmas. He wanted me to call him by a different name when we first met, so there it is. It was tough thinking of designs even though the space was smaller, but I love how they came out; though the 'Ralph' one could have been better, the borders, some of it was on the fly. He likes shades of blue and light green. The holy and poinsettias, you'll probably see a repeat of them in some upcoming designs. The poinsettias are a challenge and fun to do, as were the pine leaves!! I also made my usual kusudama origamis with them, but this time, I curled the 'leaves' the other way as per an image I had seen before. On a side note, I GOT TO USE MY WASHI TAPES AND WAX SEALS. My final art for @annetsumi for the #fallowinx !! Halloween Masquarade! The only Winx character I had with a mask. Maura, the fairy of Mysteries, Secrets and the Hidden bought fron @glory_sketches and my first full-on chibi, also inspired by her chibi style. (I CAN'T DO CHIBIS WELL ENOUGH TO SAVE MY LIFE OTL) I did her with a flat coloring because the paper material doesn't seem ver good for blending or it's too thin for it. My 4th art for @annetsumi art challenge #fallowinx My fairy Midori Fuki, the Fairy of Fortune. She has two golden teardrops near her tear ducts and that is indeed a strad of her hair in the middle of her face. Was googling ritual poses and I saw one that was similar to this pose and then I thought of my Fortune fairy, then I thought of Miraculous Ladybug and this came about. This fairy was given to me from another person who more or less had a lot of Winx fairies. Also! The horseshoe has sparkling gel in it! My 3rd art for @annetsumi art challenge #fallowinx

My fairy Drosera, the Fairy of Carnivorous Plants. She’s named after the one that’s in her right had. Sorry, I tried to add some white gel to them, but it didn’t look quite good, so I just left them as is. The theme was “Let’s Eat!” so the only one I could think of that more or less fitted the theme was Drosera. I originally also just had her MW on file, so deciding the hair color, the hairstyle, skin and eyes were all at the moment. THe outfit is from a toki-sanl (DA). Fun fact I made: Her hair has a life of its own, is prehensile, and can actually eat certain things.

My 2nd art for @annetsumi art challenge #fallowinx This is my fairy Hazan, the Fairy of the Vermillion Bird. The Vermillion Bird is also associated with Autumn. She was originally the Fairy of Autumn, but the feathers always bothered me and then in the middle of the night (as usual), inspiration struck me and I did a bit of research on the Vermillion Bird. She’s an adopt by @yuheame from DA on the base by @eljenrose When doing the coloring, I accidentally did a yellow base for the whole hair because I thought it was a good idea and the soles are supposed to be a lighter orange. For @annetsumi art challenge #fallowinx Saw the challenge a few weeks ago and knew I wanted to do it cuz it gave me the excuse to draw art for my Winx OCs. Well looking at it again though, I realized, I made her head too big. OTL My Fairy of Water, Mazu!! The Winx outfit is from @moonibun and it was completely fitting for her!! She's making purple rain because I felt like regular blue water would have been too plain. Her hair is supposed to me more on the bronw then blonde, but I miscalculated a color and here we are. I have finally finished my Lockette MYO! I bought the MYO back in like 2017, at that time, the Lockettes had their different classes and I had bought a Mythic Lockette. I legit took my time with the MYO because I wanted it to be something I liked. I then went looking through previous character and outfit purchases from the ppast (I have A LOT of them) and I found one by a DA artist that I bought also in 2017, like a few days later. But I didn't decide on choosing this character until like 5 years later LOL. Posting from a tablet was a freaking nightmare, had to go through a whole thing. LOOOL Her traits: + One Pair of Ears (Common) + Custom Charm Shape - Cloud (Rare) + Alternating Colors - 4 colors (Rare) + Two Tails (Rare) (one of them is on the left side, under the dress, it's the same as the tail on her right) + Mutantion Keyhole (Mutation) Refer to the first picture + Keyhole Placement (Rare and Common) = At the base of her head (Rare) = between her shoulder blades (Common) = On her left hip (Common) + Weapons (# of - Rare) = Staff (Common) = Floating Veil (Rare) = Blidfold (Rare) + Fragmentation (Common) She prefers to walk barefoot, feeling the dreams and wind beneath her as she does her job. Her blindfolds limit her sight so that she doesn't get overwhelmed by all the dreams she sees around her as she change nightmares to dreams and to collect nightmares. Her staff helps her do this, collecting nightmares in its orb and containing it, her orb transforms dreams into other dreams or nightmares to dreams.
