what do you do when you're so devastated that you literally have chest pains from a broken heart and you can't eat anything bc everything tastes like cardboard. when you can't stop crying until your eyes are so puffy you can barely see. when you think you might just be able to get through this but everything around you reminds you of them and sends you back to square one. what do i do.
