by far the best part of grocery shopping is the little babies. i was carefully selecting mushrooms when i felt upon me a piercing gaze and looked up to see a very chubby and very red-cheeked baby staring intently at me from a grocery cart with a slightly furrowed brow, hand clutching an apple for dear life. i wiggled a mushroom at her and she gasped and kept staring. i turned back to the mushrooms and heard a shriek. i turned around and the baby stared in anticipation. i wiggled another mushroom and she shrieked again in delight. she looked down at the apple in her hand, considering it for a moment. fair-minded as she was, she decided it would only be right to wiggle produce at me in return, and she held up the apple and shook it with all her might. i think i could live forever now

Another AO3 thing I’m curious about, how do yall decide if something is good enough to read? Usually I follow a rule of 1 kudos for every 10 hits. One because it’s easy math and two it’s yet to fail me. Thoughts? Do you just go for it and pray it’s good?
#I mostly use summary and tags too#I will sometimes sort by kudos or comments if I'm in a new-to-me giant fandom#to start#but I still usually scupper things if the tags or summary seem not my cup of tea

Sister Boniface S3 will premiere on Britbox (not clear if global Britbox or just North American Britbox specifically) with the first two episodes on April 28 and the show will then follow a "two episodes a week" structure. (Looks like there will regrettably only be 8 episodes total). No word on when the UK premiere will be but if we're going by S2, it will probably be after it finishes outside the UK.
Also friendly reminder to those who missed it, there was a 90 minute Christmas special that aired last December. As far as I can tell, this is not part of the 8 episode count limit.

y'know what I love about the boops? from what I can tell, the badges are for GIVING boops rather than receiving, which is just so delightfully tumblr. any other website would make it a popularity contest, or make it so that receiving boops was the determinant of success. not on tumblr.edu/careers no on here you get by giving and I think that's just so BOOP
