Reasons why boomclosted witches should have a snail garden!
I’ve recently picked up witchcraft and after doing a lot of research I hit a dead end it seemed.
I had no way to get herbs for spells and I couldn’t use crystals because I didn’t feel as if they were properly charged.
Belive it or not, both of these problems can be fixed with a proper snail garden!
My garden is in my room in a 15 gallon tank. In my tank I have a thriving Thyme plant which is used in plenty of spells. You can put almost any herb in a snail garden as long as you do your research on the herb before hand!
I also have a way to charge my crystals in a way I feel works wonders for me.
Returning crystals back to the earth is a great way to charge them and is commonly done by digging a hole outside and leaving them there for a few days however that can be suspicious to non witches. What I do is simply stick them down in the soil of my snail tank and leave them there.
And while both of these are helpful, there is one more thing snail gardens are good for!
Eggshells are used in a lot of spells for protection. Snails also have to have eggshells to keep their shells healthy to keep them from breaking.
By simply having a snail you have a way to use and crush eggshells with out anyone questioning what you are doing.
Obviously this is not the best thing for all witches but for green witches this might be very helpful.
But like any pet you would have, please do your own research before starting your garden! Snails are not difficult to care for however they need certain things for them to feel safe in their new home.

Dear mom,
I’m sorry I forgot to put the towels in the dryer. I’m sorry I didn’t think about doing the dishes. Im sorry I stay in my room too much. I’m sorry that I don’t smile enough. I’m sorry that I’m not the kid you always wanted.
You say I’m not the same anymore, it’s because I’m not.
You say you were there for all the first things I did, my first steps, first words, and my first days of school, but you weren’t there for all of them.
What about the first time I cried myself to sleep? The first time I thought about how I would end myself? The first time I was driving and thought about just turning the wheel too far to the left. What about the first time I thought about throwing up in the bathroom sink? Or the first time my best friend had to talk me down?
You weren’t there for all of those firsts because, for most of them, you were the reason I was there.
I cry myself to sleep because I’m not enough for you. I want to die just to make life easier on you. To not eat so you wouldn’t have to buy as much food for us.
You are allowed to forget my birthday but if I forget to do the dishes one day I hear about it for a month. You can forget me at the grocery store but if I forget the towels in the washer you lecture me about being responsible.
I say I had a bad day and you only counter it by saying your’s was worse. I tell you I feel bad and you say if only I knew how bad you hurt.
But if you hear me, for once, crying in my bedroom with the lights off you ask my why o didn’t tell you I had a bad day. And if you see me in pain you ask why I didn’t say anything before.
I’m sorry about the towels but I was too busy crying to remember. I’m sorry I didn’t do the dishes but I was too focused on staying out of the kitchen for the day. Im sorry I’m in my room so much but it’s the only place I feel safe. I’m sorry I don’t smile enough but I can’t seem to find a reason to smile anymore. I’m sorry I’m not the kid you wanted but life is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.
Dear mom,
I’m sorry I wasn’t enough for you.
Love, your suicidal child.

Some of you didn’t have a homeschooled friend that had a really knit picky teacher who wanted things done a certain way and it shows so I’m here to help.
Here’s how you write a research paper in less than 30 minutes (after you have your facts).
1. Put all your fact and where you got them on your computer, this will make it easier when you are ready to cite them.
I personally make it even easier and get a lot of information that looks helpful from one site/book/video then at the end of all the information put things like publishing date and author so I only have to type it once.
2. Opening paragraph.
Opening paragraph= a hooking sentence+thesis statement.
Thesis statement= your topic+why it’s important+topic’s impact+what the world would be like today with out topic (optional but recommend)
I personally write my thesis last just because it’s easier to me to do it that way.
3. Research paragraphs
I personally name my paragraph before I even start researching this way I know what I’m looking for while I research. So if my topic is Amelia Earhart my first research paragraph would probably be named achievements. Then I would just go find her achievements.
After this it’s very simple. 3-4 facts=3-4 sentences= one paragraph.
Repeat as many times as needed.
4. Closing paragraph
Closing paragraph= being Jojo Siwa+making a full circle
Be like Jojo Siwa and tie everything you just wrote into a neat little bow. Condense everything into 2-3 sentences.
Make a full circle by tying the closing sentence to the opening sentence.
You can do this by answering a question or repeating a quote.
5. Bibliography
There is this website called easybib.com
UsE iT
It makes your job so much easier.
And now you’re all done with your paper. Run it through a spell checker and print it out.
Keep in mind that this is more for 1,000-1,500 word paper but can be manipulated into being for longer essays by adding facts to paragraphs or adding paragraphs as a whole but there is an easier way to make 1-however many page essays and I’ll be making a blog on that later so check in for it.

Book review for:
Tumblr media
Quick summary:
This book is about a child who moves to a small town surrounded by woods who go missing for several day. When he is found and returns home, things finally start looking up for the boy. Though things are going great his mother notices things about her child; frequent headaches, fevers, bloody noses, and lack of sleep just to name a few. But he isn’t the only one who’s health is on the decline since his disappearance.
What’s causing these problems and how will they be fixed?
Me review:
If you’re looking for a long read this is absolutely perfect for you! My hard back copy is about 700 pages and it rarely has a dull moment. However if you lean more towards the 300-400 page books this might now be for you.
This book is a mix of genres but is mostly suspense, (possibly horror depending on who you ask), with a bit of gore thrown in towards the end. You can tell that is heavily influenced by Stephen King’s The Shinning but I personally enjoyed this book better than the King’s.
It’s definitely not for younger audiences unless they are very mature. I would say ages 15+ but if you are younger and think you can handle it, go for it! Who am I to tell you to wait a few years?
The only negative thing I have to say about this book is that it’s a bit long.
My saying is always “I love the story but I hate the reading” and this book speaks to that a lot. I’m dyslexic and this book played at that a lot in a bad way. I’m not saying the author did it intentionally by any means because I’m sure he didn’t mean to but for me personally it took me a really long time to read this compared to other books that were just as long as this.
At the same time i think a certain value would be taken away from the book if any part of it was changed; if you’ve read it I’m sure you understand what I mean.
Overall I give this book a 7/10 for being a bit long and hard for me to read
