Day 3 @ 13:25 …
1.5 TBLS of yogurt and a little under 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and 3 raspberries w/arugula salad (no dressing) and 6 almonds. In a few hours, I’m gonna have 3/4 of a cup of beef broth and lemon-ginger tea.
Just to say I’m not a doctor and I’m just posting my weight loss journey.

Day two: 13:20… 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 of a cup of yogurt, arugula salad (nothing on it). 1 piece of cantelope and 1 piece of honeydew, 10 tamari (I’m sure I spelt it wrong) almonds. A couple of hour later I had a lemon-ginger tea and an hound after that I have 1/2 a cup is beef broth.
Also, I’m Not a doctor or anything I’m just sharing my experience :)
