one of the more interesting things ive noticed so far: we now have evidence to suggest that wally IS capable of feeling emotion, but just doesnt understand it

a key thing is that when he says "how can that be" and is, as the text describes it, frustrated and confused, his voice gets warbly and distorted. this is almost exactly like the last of the hidden audios from the old website where he started to get frustrated with you (the collective you wally knows. of course) and his voice did a similar thing. its starting to seem like its just something that happens whenever wally experiences negative emotions or gets pissed off

still no info on the cipher at the time of me writing this btw, so if theres any more info behind that then i am not aware of it
