Deciding what size management teams you want. A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 companies run by 1 to 5 co-managers can compete head-to-head in a single "industry." Three or 4-person management teams are probably “optimum” in an undergraduate class while 2 or 3-person teams are “optimal” in an MBA class.
