Red Hot Chili Peppers - Tippa My Tongue (Official Music Video)
Dig it! All the classic elements of a #RHCP tune are here. Funky bass, understated by cool guitar from Frusciante and Tony’s psyched out lyrics being a total jam. Love it.
The second film in my wee tribute series to one of the greatest actors of all time.
Cape Fear is a remake but it is so intensely directed by Martin Scorsese that it deserves to be referred to as a movie of its own.

De Niro is truly unsettling in the role of Max Cady, going further than Mitchum's original take. The melding of his intellect and sociopathic make the viewer feel genuinely like the next scene is unpredictable. However, I also found myself strangely feeling sympathetic to him (though I did remind myself Cady still actually beat and assaulted the young girl) but only because I found Nick Nolte's character rather repulsive. He's a prize douchebag who deserves to be held accountable, though perhaps not in the way Cady feels necessary.
But above all, it's Cady's relationship with Juliette Lewis' 'Danielle' that is most unsettling. You can feel yourself mentally urging Danielle to get the hell out of that school theatre but of course, Cady is a master manipulator. It is what Sam buried him for in the first place and this scene is the catalyst for the audience to again take a reminder that Cady is not someone deserving of misplaced sympathy.
The eyes of Cady staring at Sam intently as he slowly falls below the water stay with you. A hell of a lot of Di Niro's best acting is played in that magnificent face. Maybe don't watch before bedtime!
