Question: What does Philippians 4:13 mean?
The verse reads, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
St. Paul was talking about how he could go through anything, because Jesus Christ was working inside of him. The spirits can give us strength (as one did to Jesus when he was on earth, in Luke 22:43). By increasing our faith, we can endure more, and suffer more.
Therefore, when we trust in Jesus Christ, then he will give us the strength so that we can overcome all the challenges that will come our way in our lives, and do anything it is we desire (provided that it’s within Jesus Christ’s guidelines).

Question: Why is Jesus prophesied to return in a time of turmoil and not peace?
If we look at Psalms 110:2, it tells us that Jesus would come in the “midst of his enemies”. “The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.” He would bring a Kingdom, (Isaiah 9:6–7, Daniel 2:44, 7:13–14, etc.), and engage Satan’s kingdom in this world (Satan owns this world, after all - 2 Corinthians 4:3–4, 1 John 5:19, John 12:31, 14:30). And his job is to subdue that opposition (Revelation 11:15, 12:7–12, 1 Corinthians 15:24–28, etc.). But people didn’t like the fact that Jesus Christ came and started to rule. So they became angry, as we see in Revelation 11:17–18. This anger, of course, is not physical anger. They show rebellion towards Christ’s works of peace, which is why there is war, political instability, etc. What’s listed in 2 Timothy 3:1–5 is becoming “institutionalized” because of that rebellion against Christ. But Jesus Christ told us the end of that war ahead of time. And this victory was described in Matthew 13:41–42, which reads, “The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

Question: What does the “new man” mean in Ephesians 4:24?
The “new man”, is like a new way of living. You’re a new person, a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17). Instead of thinking physically, or naturally, as you would’ve done before, you turn to God and think spiritually (Romans 8:6, 1 Corinthians 2:14, etc.). That’s what St. Paul also called “renewing your mind” (Ephesians 4:23, Romans 12:2, etc.), and “walking in newness of life” (Romans 6:3–4).
For example, St. Paul became, or put on, the “new man”, in Acts 9, because after that point, he didn’t think the way he used to. He turned to Christ and began to live a life of love, sacrifice, and faith, instead of persecuting other people, and being stubborn against the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Question: Does being a Christian make you a boring person?
Answer: The world’s definition of being boring is if you don’t belong to them. As a Christian, when you don’t lust after the things of the world (1 John 2:15-17 - when those things don’t appeal to you) then you will live a boring life in the sight of others who are of the world and only care about worldly things. But the Christian who is living that “boring” life celebrates that “boring” life and don’t wish that they live the “amazing” life of the world, and are content with the Christian life (Hebrews 13:5, Philippians 4:11, etc.), because that is the kind of life that Satan the Devil can’t influence. When you have many lusts, be it for women, cars, houses, partying etc., then Satan the Devil will pounce on you (like he did with King David in 2 Samuel 11). But when you live the life of Jesus, who wasn’t interested in worldly authority, glory, etc., (as he made Satan the Devil to know in Matthew 4:7–11), then Satan will find it harder to get you (James 4:7).

Question: What does "forbearing" mean in Ephesians 4:2?
Answer: It means to refrain or prevent yourself from doing something bad to someone (physical or spiritual), because of your love. For example, David refused to kill King Saul in 1 Samuel 24 and 26 because of his forbearance. He was also forbearing in 2 Samuel 16 because he refused to retaliate when Shimei threw rocks at him. One of his men wanted to kill him, but he advised against that. We have to be patient with people and not be rash with judgment, so that they can come around and overcome their weaknesses (Romans 15:1–2, 1 Thessalonians 5:14, etc.).
Besides, God is a forbearing person, because He is patient against coming after us (2 Peter 3:9), like when he didn’t just destroy all the Israelites in Exodus 32, or how he hasn’t just destroyed this world because of the prevailing evil (Isaiah 63:7, Psalms 36:7–9, etc.), but instead gave a ransom for it (John 3:16, 1 John 4:10), and is currently reworking it so that the “desire of all nations” - peace, prosperity, etc. - may fulfill (Haggai 2:6–7).

Question: What does “you will be saved” mean in the context of Romans 10:9?
Answer: It means you will have eternal life. Jesus Christ paid the ransom sacrifice for mankind (Matthew 20:28), because his perfection (1 Peter 2:22, 2 Corinthians 5:21, etc.), was equivalent to what was lost in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1–6). Those who believe in Jesus Christ (John 6:47), and can suffer persecution, overcome temptations and endure to the end (Matthew 5:10–12, 2 Timothy 3:12, James 1:12, etc.) will be granted eternal life (Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 26, Matthew 24:12–13, etc.). “Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people.” (Psalms 3:8).
Also, what makes Romans 10:9 confusing is that is says that we “will” be saved. But people think its instantaneous. But logic and biblical evidence makes us to know that it is at the end of our lives. First of all, when we enter a course, it is at the end that we get the certificate, and not the beginning. And Jesus Christ said that we have to “endure unto the end” if we want to be saved (Matthew 24:12–13). Hebrews 3:14 reads, “For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.”

Question: Does the Lord communicate specifically through prophecy?
Answer: No, because He doesn’t just speak through prophecy.
Certain people receive visions from God directly, like the apostles. God talks to them and sends them messages, which is why John the Apostle told us that they are not taught by men, but by God Himself (1 John 2:27, John 14:26, 1 Corinthians 2:13, etc.).
God can also speak through dreams. Joseph got dreams, in Genesis 37, and they came to fulfill in the future, in the last chapters of Genesis.
Also, when Christians meditate about Him, as we are supposed to do (Joshua 1:8, Philippians 4:8, etc.), then God sends us interpretations to what we’re thinking about, through the Holy Spirit.

QuestIon: What does “enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus” mean in Hebrews 10:19?
Answer: We sinned in Genesis 3:1–6 by disobeying God’s law, and ever since then, we’ve been born in sin (Psalms 51:5, Romans 5:12–19, etc.). By such sin, we were alienated from the presence of God, (Isaiah 59:1–2). However, Jesus Christ, who was a perfect soul (1 Peter 2:22, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 5:9, etc.) came down to Earth as a ransom for our sin (Matthew 20:28, Isaiah 53:1–12, Luke 19:10, etc.), by offering his blood to atone for our iniquities, so that we now have access to our Heavenly Father that we were denied since the sins of Adam. So when we believe in Jesus Christ, we can purified of our sin and “live through him” (1 John 4:10). Also, we can stand before God and the Son of Man (Luke 21:36).

What does the "day of redemption" mean in Ephesians 4:30?
Answer: Let's look at it in two ways.
When it comes to the “day of redemption”, there is a personal level and there’s a general level. It means two things: one, in a smaller measure, the day you turn to Christ and are redeemed from iniquity. The bigger one, though, is when the coast to salvation becomes clear, and the chapter of salvation is open.
The more personal level of the “day of redemption” is being redeemed from iniquity, and putting on what St. Paul called, “the new man” in Ephesians 4:24. When you turn to Christ, and become a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17), you are redeemed from iniquity and its consequences. You have been pulled out of the world, essentially (John 15:19) and then with the Holy Spirit, which, in that same Ephesians 4:30, St. Paul said you shouldn’t grieve, you will think spiritually, and you won’t return to your past wordly live.
For example, St. Paul was redeemed in Acts 9, because afterwards, he didn’t think the way he used to. He turned to Christ and he began to live a life of love, sacrifice, and faith, instead of persecuting other people, and being stubborn against the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The “day of redemption”, that refers to the general salvation for humanity is the Kingdom of God, which will deliver the world from Satan’s hands (1 Corinthians 15:24–28, Daniel 2:44, etc.). This kind of redemption was illustrated by the story of Lot, because a path was opened for him to be saved from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 19:1–30). This is like the gospel message being preached in our time (Matthew 24:14), which, when some people hear, they will repent, and avoid being swept away by Christ’s judgment (Luke 21:36).

Question: What does the "spirit of your mind" mean in Ephesians 4:23?
Answer: The spirit of your mind is the way you think. It’s rather you’re carnally/naturally minded, or you are spiritually minded (1 Corinthians 2:14, Romans 8:5–8, etc.). St. Paul was saying that we should change the way we think, so that instead of loving the world, and what belongs to it (such as money), we love God (Deuteronomy 6:5), and we act righteously. When we renew our minds, our minds are now focused more on God than on other people, the way the disciples, before being anointed with the Holy Spirit, were interested in how people were thinking about Jesus Christ (Matthew 15:12), but when they got the Holy Spirit in Acts 2, they began to put God first, before men (like in Acts 5:29–30).

Question: Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals in Revelation?
Answer: That person was Jesus Christ himself. That phrase “open the scroll and loose its seals”, is an interesting way of saying, “Who is qualified to do the will of God and do righteousness?”, because that was what they were talking about in heaven. Then Jesus Christ, called in Revelation 5:5, “the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David,” volunteered to do that. This was revealed to us by a statement of Isaiah the Prophet in Isaiah 6:8, which reads, “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” Jesus Christ volunteered because he wanted to fulfill prophecy (Hebrews 10:7), and because he himself was interested in the restoration of humanity; after all, he loves us (John 15:9–17). God endorsed his coming down to the earth. Jesus was worthy because he was sinless (1 Peter 2:22, 2 Corinthians 5:21, etc.) and he was also the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16), so paying that ransom would help in him having “preeminence” in all things (Colossians 1:18–20), like God ordained it to be.
Also, if we look at Psalms 45:7, it talks about how Jesus Christ loves righteousness, and God exalted him as a result. “Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.” (Psalms 45:7, Hebrews 1:9).
All this is what made him worthy of access to God’s will which is contained in the scroll.

Welcoming Wise Counsel
Counsel or advice is something that can be offered or taken, and something that can help or destroy. Counsel has a lot of power, and it is an important part of the success that future generations will have in the economy, society, etc.
However, which advice should we be taking? Should we be proud and not take any advice, or should we be so open that any advice that comes our way goes into our pocket and is used?
This video will show us what advice Christians should be taking, and what attitude they should have towards such advice.
