Let's talk about The Miraculous Adventures of Ladybug and Chat Noir aka Miraculous Ladybug

Hey guys I'm back and ready to rant! So many of us have heard of or watched Miraculous Ladybug and based on the numerous fanfictions I would on AO3, Wattpad and the like I know it's popular.

For those who haven't watched or heard of it, the story follows two teenagers Marinette Dupain Cheng (ladybug) and Adrien Agreste (Chat Noir). Essentially both teens save an old man who is the guardian of jewels called the miraculous that give you magical powers and companions. Hence, he chooses them to be the new heroes in order to hopefully regain a stolen miraculous that is being used for evil.

Marinette is a stalker: I know we love her very much but am I the only one creeped out by her obsession with Adrien. She got his schedule without his permission and used it. She occasionally follows him and has his face plastered everywhere for at least three seasons. What is worse about this is that all the girls in her class encourage this creepy and obsessive behaviour and make plans I understand that they are young but no, I felt sick every time I scene showing her obsession came up. In addition, her parents see her room and laugh about it, and her kwami (magical creatures linked to the miraculous) Tikki seems to encourage her on occasion. WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN ADDRESSED!

Gabriel Agreste is an abusive parent: Abuse does not have to be physical. Mr Agreste is emotionally neglectful and abusive while also being incredibly controlling and manipulative. Even his attempt to shelter his son raises some eyebrows. This man never buys his son an actual gift, he only hugs him 1-3 times in the show and attempts to stop him from watching his mother's work. In addition to that, I get being an over-protective parent but his deal with Lila sickens me. His control over his son's likes and dislikes and hobbies borders beyond parenting. If you are a good parent your child should be able to confined in you, ask questions and have conversations. Good parents can be proactive but accepting. The man is so busy being a supervillain he doesn't even recognise that he is no longer being accepted as a true parent. He makes Adrien almost submissive to him in a way like a robot to never rebel, ask questions or differ from what Gabriel wants.

Adrien Agreste is a pushover who occasionally has his moments but he is very flawed: Being raised in a household run by Gabriel Agreste makes Adrien likely to not address an issue no matter who it harms. In the Lila situation, all he had to do was back Marinette up, all he had to do was pull Alya and Nino aside and tell them what happened instead he says take the high road what high road she is LYING THROUGH HER TEETH TO OUR FRIENDS! When he does stand up for his friends outside of the suit he does it well and honestly with a lot of truth and it's commendable. However, for someone that is a hero, he is out here being selfish at the worst times. How he reacted to the Identity of the Guardian of the mIraculous and what he did during the Akuma attack was incredibly selfish. His behaviour with Chloe. That girl is a bully yet he scolds those who have been victims for being happy when she is not around. If I was Marinette I would have side-eyed him so hard.

4. They had no training and Master Fu was cool with this: He sent children out to battle an adult with no training whatsoever. WHY!! They could have gotten killed or just given up to Hawkmoth.

5. Miss Bustier is an enabler: This statement needs no explanation if you know you know.

6. Where does she get the time: Marinette is a designer yet we are reminded of this every now and then and she is the youngest in their class. Most of Marinette's creations are wonderful, so each one is carefully crafted and promoted out of the box. She is class president and helps at her parent's bakery all while managing her superhero persona and her grades which is why I have to ask IS SHE SLEEPING? The same goes for Adrien as well they both balance so much I'm shocked there is not an episode where they both just lose it and verbally annihilate Hawkmoth. Personally, if that were me I would be so mad and Hawkmoth would feel my wrath.

7. Jagged Stone has Marinette design things for him and is close to her family why isn't she more famous? I'm leaving this to be analyzed and explained to me cause frankly I would like an explanation. 8. Marinette's lack of ability to speak Mandarin makes sense to me but some other things bother me. I understand that a lot of teenagers and young adults grow up in a home with a parent who speaks a foreign language and never learns the language but learns their culture. Marinette's Chinese background is barely explored, one movie and a few episodes do not count as background. I want her in traditional wear from time to time. Yes, she lives in France but I find it a bit bothersome that she never really gets to explore deeper into it we know all about her French and Italian background shows more than her Chinese background.

There is so much more I wanted to say after really watching this show and I will tell you guys the truth. I am getting more and more annoyed with each new episode.

Twilight has issues

Like every other girl, I watched the movies and read the books and now I shall rant.

Isabella Marie Swan is a romantic idiot - Now I get that vampires are supposed to suck in their prey and in a way tend to hypnotise humans so much so that common sense is not that common but seriously who follows a vampire into the woods ALONE. Even with a friend, she would not have a chance but who does that. She finds out that she is a blood singer and thinks oh we can have a wonderful relationship. Sis your blood is his drug of choice you are his literal special walking and talking blood bag. Who chooses the walking undead over their family and loved ones. Mind you ladies and gentlemen I say nothing about money cause we all need money these days can't blame nobody for looking for stability. However, Bella was not looking for stability she was looking for the sparkly disco stick connected to her equals sparkly disco ball of her boyfriend.

Renesme is totally going to hate her mum - So for those that don't know Ragamuffin is the biological demon spawn of Edward and Bella half vampire/half human. She was imprinted on by Jacob Black now what is so off-putting by this is that Jacob was infatuated with Bella throughout the whole series until of course, he made eye contact with Renesme. I should point out he really wanted her dead until the dreaded eye contact happened and the imprint bond formed. Now Reenesme is a bit self-conscious about the fact she does not sparkle and Bella tells her "You're the prettiest" Edward being the dad of the year straight up says "I have to disagree" (those two should not be parents) The kid is obviously going to grow with an inferiority complex towards her mum how will she feel when she finds out not even Her Jacob wanted her initially and that he was in love with her mother.

Imprints - I noted this before with Renesme however I wanted to address something people love to ignore. The bond could be that of a friend, protector,brother/sister or lover so why in the world is everyone letting Sam and Emily off. Yes, Emily is his imprint but he was ENGAGED to Leah her COUSIN and chose to pursue her romantically and no one but Leah is mad at him. Emily tells him no a bunch of times eventually her harsh words cause Sam to lose control and stuff but after that, she starts dating him, They could not have chosen to have a platonic or family relationship no lets eventually date and throw that in Leah's face both of them are in the wrong. Next, if they imprint on a child then that should be an automatic big brother/sister relationship nothing more nothing less.

The Cullens cover story is just awful it is ridiculous seriously Edward, Alice and Emmett could have played their kids and Rosalie and Jasper their significant others who live with them due to family issues or being listed as guardians when their parents died in a horrible crash three years ago. They just had to use the most outrageous cover story out there and it shows.

Bella did one thing right - Bella ensured herself a comfortable future I mean the Cullens are loaded she will never be wanting for anything ever, unfortunately, she will have to continuously attend school for the rest of her immortal life.

BLOODLUST IS AN EMOTION AND SO IS HUNGER - Y'all Jasper is an empath and he lives with a group of vampires to be clear he lives with Edward who is struggling not to drain his blood singer on a daily basis. The Cullens owe him a huge apology that was not his fault.

Esme is the only one with a fully developed brain- Esme is the oldest out of all the Cullens she was turned when she was 26 years old one year after the brain is said to fully develop. No wonder she seems to be the sanest person in that family.

Stuck in time - WHile they have lived for a very long time and adapted the Cullens still maintain many of their learned habits from their times and as they are frozen at that age I would have to assume that they maintain certain thoughts and opinions of their time. I'm slowly hinting at the fact that Jasper was a Confederate solider so he may be quite racist..........

Let's talk about Harry Potter shall we

First of all, I would like to make it clear that I do not condone hateful language, if you disagree with me fine but you can do so respectfully this means you don't accuse me of lying or call me names. If you do I will delete your comment and block you I have no time for that.

Albus Dumbledore is both a villain and a hero.

Our lovely headmaster is a master manipulator and while he cares for the greater good of the society I don't think he cares for the greater good of individuals. We all know of his relationship with Grindelwald but the loss he suffered due to the different paths they choose to take in life. I can see the headmaster as a protector but at the same time, he fashions himself to be all-knowing while holding back critical information. The Horcruxes were vile but I'm sure if he had asked in the right places for help he would have known how to remove it from Harry.

He set the boy up to die and manipulated Harry on several occasions. I also want to ask WHY DID HE NOT GIVE BACK THE INVISIBILITY CLOAK? Honestly, I have so many questions about the reasons behind this man's decisions.

Ron Weasley in the movie is not the best friend or boyfriend.

I don't care who you ship with these two however realistically speaking these two would not work. While the book Ron is a much better friend than the movie Ron and has more lines than the movie ron. He is not the ideal friend or boyfriend to anyone he has a nasty habit of abandoning Harry the Goblet of Fire and deathly hallows two. For those of you who are ready to blame the Horcrux shut up. If it were Hermione who left y'all would be up in arms.

Ron may support Harry in his battles and occasionally in his worst times but he is quick to anger and jealousy but rather lazy and sometimes downright cruel.

When it comes to his relationship with Hermione I personally see it as wasteful or a high school love that fades after a year or two probably less. Hermione is ambitious, hardworking and quite determined she is intelligent and fierce. Ron however while he is smart (when he wants to be) lacks ambition and is lazy unless it's something he likes and he does not understand Hermione much.

They Lack shared interests other than magic and Harry the two are very different but they share a trauma bond right. Also, does anyone notice that Ron is quicker to find fault with Hermione than positive things? At least he admits she is scary but brilliant.

Molly Weasley is either too controlling or really dumb.

First of all her response to the bars on the windows and Harry barely being fed bothers me what kind of parent says that. Second of all that woman is not supportive of Fred and George at all and it irritates me. I know that they are identical twins but I have been around identical twins and can easily tell them apart these are your sons lady.

She harps and harps about a ministry job but Charlie is a dragon tamer in Romania and Bill is a curse breaker in Eygpt. The fact two of her eldest sons found their jobs far far away from her says something. THE HOWLERS yall that is cruel just because you have to does not mean you should use it. Embarrassing your kids like that is never okay.

Her lack of respect for Sirius in his own home, when it pertains to his own godson, is disgusting. She acts like she is Harry's mother and while she may be seen as a surrogate she is not his godmother or guardian. While Sirius is a fugitive he is Harry's godfather she did not have any right to treat him as she did.

Her behaviour in the goblet of fire to Hermione before Harry opened his mouth. If it was because she thought Hermione was manipulating or hurting Harry the first thing she should have done was ask Harry about the article and not treat Hermione like that. If this was about Ron and his "feelings" for Hermione then she needs to keep that to herself nobody is obligated to date and marry anyone cause they have a crush on them.

Hermione Granger is often placed on a pedestal

Hermione like every character in this show is flawed as she grows she learns but she has some bad behaviours. She puts books and education before her own individuality and in the first book is a bit of a bossy snob that slowly changes over time. She follows authority without a thought too much for anyone's liking but that also changes but ummm y'all Hermione is dangerous she kept a woman in a jar, convinced Harry and Ron to drug and hide their year mates and then pretend to be them while providing the means to do so.

She uses a spell on a student to help Ron get on the team. Her hitting Draco is a thing of legend but Hermione is definitely not a goody two shoes. What scares me about that is that she hides this side of her behind her bookworm nice girl mask. Only Harry and Ron get to see how cruel and protective Hermione could be.

Ginny Weasley and Harry Potter bother me,

Everyone loves them and that's nice but umm she could pass as his sister. She is literally Lily Evans if she liked Quidditch and was a pureblood when I picked up on the distinction I wanted to vomit. Her description and Lily's are very similar with minor changes honestly this relationship bothers me.

Draco Malfoy was a bigot and racist but he also deserved a chance that is all I am saying on the Draco front.

Let's talk about TVD

For those who don't know TVD is the shortened name for the series known as The Vampire Diaries, the story centres around a girl by the name of Elena Gilbert after the tragic death of her parents.

Elena survives the accident that took her parents' lives and is preparing for her first day of school at the beginning of the series. Now, this all seems nice and mundane until the story progresses and she is dragged into the world of vampires, witches and werewolves, did I mention that she is a doppelganger and the most essential ingredient in a ritual that she has to die in. Yeah so not how she saw her life going.

To make matters worse she gets trapped in a love triangle between her boyfriend Stefan and his brother Damon. Right now that you are all caught up let's jump in.

While the show is quite popular and people celebrate the final victories of Elena and her friends I have an issue with multiple things.

Several Characters in this show are SA'ed one way or another and everyone acts like it's okay. When we are introduced to the Salvatore brothers the reason we are given for their feud is a woman. Not just any woman their sire and the 2nd doppelganger Katerina Petrova aka Katherine Pierce. She moves into their home and flirts with both men while compelling them to keep the relationship a secret from the other brother. While Damon was okay with her vampirism, Stefan was not he was horrified and did not want to be intimate with her anymore. What does Katherine do? Compel him to be fine with it and then continues to be intimate with him. Guys that isn't normal she should have stopped what she did was wrong. The second example is Damon Salvatore who I have to wonder if he is a serial offender what he did to Caroline was awful and nobody really told him off about it he even became best friends with her mother! Then he proceeds to do this with Andy Starr and admits that he was taught to do this by his mentor a female vampire by the name of Sage. He never apologises for these things. Others who come to mind are Klaus, Kol and Lucien however I can't confirm these so they are off the hook.

Elena Gilbert is either Toxic/narcissistic as hell. While at the beginning of the show, we see her as a mourning and afraid girl who is protective of her family which is not really who she is. She uses her friends to their own detriment not caring about the consequences until they really affect her. When she finds out about what Damon was doing to Caroline she scolded him briefly and moved on from the matter then after Caroline is changed she seems to completely forget why Caroline doesn't like Damon and even starts to treat him better than her friend. Another thing Bonnie Bennett has died countless times to protect and help Elena always at her own determent. When Bonnie dies she cries when she finds out it can kill Bonnie she cries but she does not learn from this at all, may I remind yall Bonnie's grams died doing something for ELENA. Then when it comes to not making enemies this girl just makes things worse for herself I mean yes Rebekah was the villain in her book but she had a chance to earn respect and Rebekah's trust what does this girl do stabs her in the back literally then pouts and cries when Rebekah runs her off of a bride when she in her infinite wisdom would not have been in that situation if she had left the woman alone. The situation with the cure as well pissed me off as they knew the consequences of killing an original and chose to kill Kol committing mass genocide and leaving Klaus with his brother's corpse. We all know they could have incapacitated him instead or like any wise person wait on Klaus. Elena is everyone's focus and they constantly sacrifice for her and she does not ever decide to do something smart about it to have a peaceful life. That bothers me.

Caroline and Bonnie Deserved Better. Let's start with our dear Bennett witch, Bonnie Shelia Bennett is a year younger than Elena and so far has died more times than anyone in the show. She never gets a happy ending at all Luka was not on her side and dies, Ben kidnaps her, Jeremy cheats on her and eventually dies, Kai is infatuated with her but tries to kill her, Kol and her would have been fun but it never came to pass and Enzo is killed by Stefan. In addition to it, all her family literally has bad luck with doppelgangers, Amara ran off with Qetsiyah's fiance, Katherine sold out Emily and got her burned at the stake and Elena was the reason Bonnie's mum lost her magic and became a vampire, Shelia died and Bonnie well you get my point. Everything was for Elena and Bonnie lost everything so many times. Now unto Caroline, she has been compelled, raped, taken advantage of, killed and turned without her consent, hated by her parents, and tortured by one of them. And before Klaus, she was of the opinion that every guy she was interested in preferred Elena. And sometimes Elena made things worse. She had a crush on Stefan he turned her down for the copy of his ex/rapist. She likes Matt that's cool and all but he still loves and will always choose Elena. He even looks to her for guidance/approval when it comes to his relationship with the blonde. And Tyler is an idiot who is situationally in love with caroline. The only man that really and truly wanted her honestly she could not be with cause he was Elena's enemy. And she only tells him on the condition he leaves town, not for her sake but everyone else's. When she finally gets Stefan he dies on the same day they get married. Caroline and Bonnie never get their happy-ending relationships because both of them lose the men they love every time. In addition, I would like to point out that they sacrificed so much and hardly got anything from it. Moving on from their love lives when someone turns off their humanity a lot of the things they say are honest to a point. I firmly believe a lot of the misery Elena put the both through without her humanity was the deeply buried thoughts the girl had. There is so much more I want to touch on but I'll leave these three points for now. Please note that I will be doing another relationship dive on TVD and the next show getting talked about will be either MLB, H2O just add water or Teen Wolf.

GMW Rant

So I know a lot of you would have grown up during the last few good days of Disney Channel and I'm sure a lot of you enjoyed Girl meets world personally I prefer Boy meets world but hey let's not compare to harshly. I have problem with Riley and it's not a small problem it's a big one I dislike her character she gets in everyone's business and thinks everything revolves around her.What makes me dislike her is how they portray her friendship with Maya. If I had a friend that went behind my back to enter me in something I made sure to states I did not want to do without my permission I would be pissed. If my friend was too dumb to realize 'hey her mum might have to take up an extra shift since it's just the two of them and she is the person bringing in the money.' No she goes with her assumptions and does whatever she wants? That friendship would not exist due to her behaviour and I know my family would not like her Riley is immature and very naive. While I love the actress the role of Riley does not suit her.

Let's talk about Collège Françoise Dupont

For those who don't know what this post is about you should go watch The Miraculous Adventures of Ladybug and Chat Noir aka Miraculous Ladybug.

The first thing I want to address is the staff more specifically Mr Damocles the principal and Caline Bustier the French, Poetry, and Literature Teacher she is also the Form teacher for Marinette class.

These two are idiots and no I am not taking this back let us start with the form teacher shall we Ms Bustier is a pushover she is also a victimiser. I know some fans might disagree with me but does anyone remember when Chloe vandalized the gift Marinette made Ms Bustier and what she told Marinette but she did not punish Chloe. Another example is the Lila incident she took Lila's word so quickly and never contacted her parents. To make matters worse how she deals with the issues that happen in her class is horrendous. Additionally, the lines she feeds Marinette about being a good example WTF! It isn't right anyone who looks at the show can see that Marinette has a few self-confidence issues and probably anxiety and overwork herself and her teacher is going to be one of the reasons Marinette might break.

Now unto the Principal himself, he only cares about students with money and none of you can deny it. My biggest examples are Chloe and Lila the daughter of the mayor and the other is the daughter of an ambassador or so she says. When Lila said Marinette did something this man seemed to bend over to please her HE DIDN'T EVEN DO HIS JOB AND LOOK AT THE BLASTED CAMERAS. No wonder the students of that school are victimised so very often.

The other teachers are honestly ok but these two are horrible and I will never ever look at them and think they are good teachers. I know that there are teachers like this out there but thank goodness I have never had one.

Representation of romantic relationships in Fairy Tail

Hey, guys today we will be going through the romantic relationships of the anime fairy tail if you haven't seen it I am telling you to stop-go watch a few episodes and return so I won't spoil stuff for you. Like my post for Winx Club, I'm starting from the bottom up also I'm sticking the main cast.

#4 Jerza (The Knight and the Spellcaster)

Firstly I'm mad that we never got to see a proper kiss from these two we all saw how they loved each other. Unfortunately, these two are damaged I know he was possessed and all but the whole memory loss thing was painful. Then when they returned after the 7-year time skip Mr Blueberry was afraid to freaking date her blaming it on his path to redemption. However, these two need to sit down and talk I love them so much but they need to grow more and get a proper ending but regardless I love this ship to the point I cried for them.

#3 Gruvia ( The Stalker and the Tsundere)

This started out as a one-sided love/obsession's when Juvia fell for Gray now her reason is legit enough for me plus she grew to love him for his faults as well. However, the bento of his face and the stalking was a bit off-putting I mean at this point I would like to bring up Marinette Dupain Cheng from MLB she is a toned-down Juvia if you get where I'm coming from. I love the girls but their love was a bit weird. Now Gray needed someone to support him he was broken and had a lot of bad memories like Erza and Lucy he kept them hidden until it slapped them in the face. Finally, when he saw Juvia in the same way it paid off but these two only officially returned feelings in the last episode of the show AGAIN I DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED FOR THIS SHIP.

#2 GALE (Beauty and the Beast)

Anybody who disagrees will get ignored. These two started off badly he beat her up and left her pinned to a tree yes but when he learned the meaning of Fairy Tail and family he was one of those persons everyone liked eventually. When Laxus was beating him up he still defended Levy he even apologized to her later not only that but over time he grew to trust her and stay by her side. They have saved each other's lives and had one of the best developments ever plus Levy being pregnant with his baby just topped it off.

#1 Nalu ( The Dragon King and the Celestial Princess)

These two had the only normal growth to a relationship they went from strangers to friends to lovers well not lovers yet but its already confirmed. They work together, eat together and in some ways live together. Natsu protects her and cares about Lucy on a whole other level the lengths he goes for her just prove my point. Lucy does more than take care and listens to him she fights for Natsu these two protect and love one another more than anyone else in the guild. Plus in the end, they lean on one another they would die for the other. They grow in power with one another and everyone knows that they are in love.

Flora and the boys

So this request might get me in trouble but let's do this!

Have you guys ever noticed that flora has a really good relationship with some of the guys? Well in the series I see her getting along with Sky and Brandon and sometimes riven. So let's dive into it.

1) Flora and Sky- These moments are so rare but I got one photo. So for those who forgot this Sky told flora about the locket and she encouraged him to give it to bloom but he was hesitant and lost the locket while he was saving others. When she found it and later gave it to Sky who got his memories back. Not only that but we have seen some conversations with the two and he was one of the few who noticed how flora felt about Krystal.

2) Flora and Brandon - These two everyone has seen he was the first be to save her when she was hurt and he was responsible for flora and Helia meeting I mean he played wingman and put in a good word. Plus these two got too bound when they were babysitting Stella alongside Musa.

3) You have to admit Flora and Helia dealt with Musa and Riven a lot plus Riven and Helia were roommates so flora would have seen him a few times seeing as Helia and Riven did get along. I have a feeling she would help RIven apologize or just help him out with advice or being a good listener.

Lucy Heartfilia is Awesome

It is well known that Lucy is a member of the strongest team in Fairy Tail but is often seen to be the weak, sensitive princess by a lot of persons who have watched Fairy Tail. So I am going to prove why she deserves to be seen as one of the strongest and why Lucy is a badass warrior queen.

1) Her growth throughout the series - Unlike most of the members in the guild, Lucy did not fully practice or train her magic until much later in life so she had to grow and adapt to multiple situations while strengthening her magic and her body. By the last season, we could see how she held her own against a member of zeref's selected few and that says enough.

2) She is hella smart - Team Natsu isn't made up of the smartest people but Lucy has enough intelligence to help them get through their missions. If you don't remember some of the earlier episodes she identified the rings as what they were and she identified lullaby. She is an heiress mind you the information she had access to was no joke.

3) She is not just a stellar spirit mage aka Celestial summoner and all the other titles - Did anyone realize that she learned some seriously advanced rune magic Levy and Freed are great but to rewrite END took some serious knowledge and magical theory plus knowing how to apply it. So it's safe to safe she is an accomplished rune mage.

4) She is really versatile- Lucy is actually very versatile when it comes to weapons. Obviously, she's got the whip she uses, but you can see with her star dresses that she also uses a bow, dual swords, and even martial arts. While the star dress gives her the abilities of the zodiac she chooses it does not automatically teach her how to use the weapon she is given. This means she had to learn how to use these weapons and how to fight.

5) She is the light of Fairy Tail and its new fairy tactician- She was the one that kept track of all the members with hopes of getting the guild together, she also saved Loke's life and guided Cana. I say tactician due to how smart she is and the fact she is an amazing strategist plus fairy sphere isn't something just anyone can cast. The three fairy speels are not easy to cast and require incredible focus and strength.

6) She is the strongest stellar spirit mage in the series - She can successfully summon three spirits at the same time which is seen as a forbidden technique. She has the most keys in the series the majority being the zodiac. She is a friend of the king and uses the ultimate spell of the stars star dress also is a huge bonus.

7) She has a rather high pain tolerance and is loyal to her family- SHe refuses to leave Natsu even though she was out of magic power and was getting beat up by one of the seven kin. She took an insane beating from Gajeel and a nearly fatal one from Minerva just so her guild would get points. Nobody can say she isn't loyal and hasn't built up a high pain tolerance

8) And finally she has an unbreakable spirit and is always underestimated which makes her way more dangerous than the others due to people seeing her as weak they would never be prepared for what she has in mind for them.

Fate Saga......

So remember my post about whitewashing? Well, Fate just summoned me from my grave lets talk about the show, shall we?

1) Terra - I'm not hating on her or anything but Ummm where is the original Fairy of Nature the lovable and gorgeous Flora. I love that she isn't skinny like a stick and that they are pushing the love of all body types but they replaced Flora with Terra and made her a relative.

Flora is supposed to be a shy but mature Latina who takes care of and advises her friends not only that but she is the potions mistress of the group. So why did they replace her?

2) WHERE IN THE FUDGING HELL IS TECNA?!

I miss the fairy that helped me embrace my nerdiness and allowed me to understand that there is nothing wrong with being smart and a bit different. I miss the purple-haired logical thinking friend. Fate literally threw her off a cliff and said oh well.

3) Why is Musa white and why isn't she the fairy of music?

This show only kept one POC so that they wouldn't be referred t as racist seeing as they discarded the Latina and Chinese coded members of the group. Musa is Chinese coded they should have used this as an opportunity to get her to wear more outfits highlighting her heritage but nooo let's make her white and a mind fairy.

She is supposed to be the music fairy you know the girl who used everyone's singing to get rid of a pesky witch. The one that related to music in a way that every teen and young adult could relate to?

4) Why is Aisha soo umm not Aisha like?

She turned into a snitch that thought she knew everything and made me dislike her she went from awesome sassy, fun-loving, tomboy to boring goody- goody that was a know-it-all.

5)Stella was a mean girl who dated Sky.

That was just wrong and you all know it Stella had a problem keeping her mouth shut but she wasn't a mean girl. WHY WAS SHE WITH SKY WHERE WAS BRANDON? Also, the outfits in this series were not it, they failed badly.

6) DID THE BOYS JUST DIE WHERE WERE THEY DURING THIS SERIES PROBABLY HANGING OFF THE SAME CLIFF THAT TECNA AND FLORA FEEL OFF OF.

Now I don't hate the show I just find it a bit disappointing in some ways and had to make it known. I will be watching season 2 to see if they bring my babies to life but that is all for now.

Representation of romantic relationships in Winx Club

Now I'm not going to lie this was my favourite show growing up I still re-watch it when I'm stressed with everyday life but as you get older you start seeing things you did not see before.

So today I shall be talking about the couples in this show from the worst to the best while only acknowledging seasons 1 - 3 due to Nabu no longer being alive after season 4.

#6 Musa & Riven

Now we all know that Musa is the fairy of music and Riven is a member of the specialist who has mummy issues. They look like a good pair yes but this relationship was incredibly TOXIC. These two were literally the couple that had all the drama and never for sensible reasons if you ask me. May I reminded you that he got brainwashed twice and when he meet Musa he initially bullied her.

When they do get together they hardly trust each other and are not open with the other about their feelings. Now I get Riven's mum walked out of his life but that doesn't give him the right to be so hard on Musa. The both of them always get into huge fights and hardly support the other when it was seen it was so rare it shocked fans.

Season 4 just proved my point instead of supporting her he got jealous and made things hard for her and Musa used that to her advantage in a way. While they may have loved each other they need to be separated.

# 5 Bloom & Sky (Hear me out here)

These two at this point are boring like I would rather watch prison school than these two sometimes. Now, these two started their relationship with a lie. Bloom was told that his name was Brandon and while I get the reasoning Sky was betrothed to Disapro and while I dislike the girl she deserved better.

Sky went with someone else while she was loyal to him that has got to hurt. The other thing is the lack of backstory for these two and the fact they get into these petty arguments over the strangest things and have no regard for others when it comes to them they are both selfish and don't think about others until after. Example A - Sky never broke things off with Diaspro.

Now, Bloom is a wonderful girl who seems to be a good friend but first of all Sky is not your whole world sis . The argument they got into in Season four when the guys appeared and saved their lives annoyed me while I get the idea of girl power the boys had a mission and they followed through not only that but that argument affected their friends as well. Did they care........nope.

Next on the agenda, these two might look perfect but their jealousy issues need to stop they are both loyal to each other but they have problems that seem to just disappear without a proper discussion and that ain't good.

#4 Stella & Brandon

They are adorable but seriously another relationship that started out with a LIE. She thought he was a prince and while it warms my heart that she loved him regardless these two started out a relationship due to just physical attractions and a lie. Now they are both very different Brandon is the responsible one in this relationship while Stella can be responsible she has a one-track mind.

Fashion is everything to her and sometimes she overlooks others safety and opinions for this may I remind you of the issue of her changing Flora's outfit without permission and endangering her life all due to her fashionista ideals.

Due to this she sometimes gets offended when Brandon does not see things her way its as if she forgets he isn't as interested in fashion as she is and she has to respect that just like he respects and supports her no matter what.

#3 Tecna and Timmy

This was hard sooooo very hard I love these two they are adorable and unproblematic but they are still growing and struggling with their own self-image and opening up to each other properly. They try to use logic to explain their emotions and sometimes hide behind it.

They hardly argue but when they do its simply over disagreeing over a hypotheses which I get. However they sometimes let their friends relationships get them a bit but these two are okay.

# 2 Flora and Helia

These two are so pure and I admire their relationship. With both being the most mature of their respective groups, it was only natural that the two became the most mature couple out of the ones formed by their friends. Being so similar in their passive natures allowed for them to become close. They both have similar interest and are very open with each other. They are both honest and independent plus incredibly supportive of the other. Honestly, these two are some of the most stable and positive couples in this show.

# 1 Aisha and Nabu

Do I even need to explain why they ranked first like Flora and Helia and Tecna and Timmy these two are unproblematic they talked to each other and were always honest. We witnessed them getting to know each other and support one another seriously when he died I cried they wasted a good character. This was a pure and good relationship and it will be missed.

White-washing in Winx Club and the series connected to it.

I'm sure I am not the only one who has noticed the white-washing in winx. I'm pretty sure you all remember how Flora and Aisha looked when they were introduced to the fandom if you don't here is a reminder.

Both these images are from when these two were individually shown in season 1 (Flora) and season two (Aisha) throughout the series you can assume the white-washing was subtle that is until you see them in season 8 and in the WOW spinoff.

I am not even going to talk about what they did to Musa she was coded to be Asian by the 8th season I thought she was white and WOW attempted to hide nothing what annoys me the most about this is the show has made some rather bold "mistakes" when dealing with specific characters *cough* NABU*cough* but the fact they got away with this so flawlessly when many fans brought it up and issued no answer or apology just annoys me.

As for the fate series, it was ok, however, the eradication of Tecna and the acknowledging Flora but not having her there was not appreciated.
