Truth is, I’ve bounced around a lot in my life. Always kinda unsettled, trying things that came my way, looking for a home. The point is, you’re gonna find out a lot of weird stuff about me.

I used to want to save the world. This beautiful place. But the closer you get, the more you see the great darkness within. I learned this the hard way, a long, long time ago.

Well said!
omg opinion on twd episode? (I'm dead)
For the first time in six seasons I’m doubting the writers’ choice. Doubting, as in I’m worried whether we, and the characters, can get back up from this. If we all can heal from this. I do believe the writers know what they’ve done, how deeply it affects the fans. They keep saying they know they’ll have a lot to justify, and that makes me still believe in them. But I still fear it won’t be enough.
But I do get what Kirkman and Gimple were saying last night. This far in, something had to happen. Something horrible. We all needed the reminder that no one goes safe in this world, and Rick more than anyone needed to be brought back down to earth.
This episode succeeded in doing exactly what it set out to do, which was breaking us and the group alike. To feel the helplessness that no viewer likes. But it’s what’ll help us care so damn much, what makes it real.
I still don’t really have words for what I feel. Just what I’ve said. Am I upset? Damn right I am. I am heartbroken. But not in the sense that I wanna punch the writers in the face, saying they’re useless. Because they’re anything but.
You may call it defending, clinging on, whatever. I call it recognizing the difference between bad writing and heartbreaking writing.

I won’t and refuse to blame Daryl for what happened, not because he’s my favorite or something (he’s not my fave, that’s Carl and Glenn actually) because that is shifting the blame from the one person who is really at fault.
That’s Negan.
By blaming and hating Daryl, you have shifted the blame from Negan who actually wielded Lucille and killed Abraham and Glenn, you have absolved and brushed aside the actions of the man who actually committed the murders, instead you have put the blame on the injured man held hostage and forced to watch his family die
Let me ask you, if you heard that a serial killer took a family hostage and forced them to play games and pick who dies, and if that serial killer then killed someone for not obeying the rules or acting out, would you be blaming the victims that were forced into this situation or the serial killer doing the acts?
I hope you all picked the serial killer, if you did, that may help you see the logic more clearly that despite Daryl’s action led directly to Glenn getting hit, the true blame will always lie with Negan, please don’t forget that.
Be angry at Daryl if you have to be, but don’t lose sight of the big picture here, this happened because of Negan. Negan did this. Don’t absolve him of that just because there is a easier target to blame.
