The thing that makes Firefly/Serenity so great is how insanely well written the character dynamics are. Every crew member has a totally different and unique relationship with all the other characters and it makes it so interesting to watch these interactions take place. I would happily sit and watch 'The Domestic Life of the Crew of Serenity' or 'A Day In The Life of the Crew of Serenity' like I would love that. I just think Firefly is a masterpiece and I am never going to shut up about it.

Their character dynamic is one of the best and imo one of the most important in the entire show. Kaylee is the one thing keeping Mal human and keeping Serenity flying, Mal keeps Kaylee out of danger and loves her like a younger sister. I love them with my whole heart <3
