And just like last time, this was decorated by the baddest in town, miss 22TwichWhich. She did use some store content so results may very from the final project

Right besties so- im like @acottonsock personal builder now and i volunteered to build her Gen.9 (University) Lepacy Challenge house!!!

This was a special one cuz i got the collab with the icon herself 22TwitchWhich! I did the building and she did the decorating. Pop in Madi's stream or discord and you'll find us both :3

Now as a heads up: Miss TwitchWhich used A LOT of store content, stuff i dont even have in my game, as you can probably see from the pics. So this may not be how the house will look like for you when you download it. But dont worry, cuz all of the missing items will get replaced :3

I'ven been playing with the Ghost Hunter career from Ambitions and omg its so fun :D

Hes currently married with the purple one, Rowan and they just had a ghost baby together :3

The yellow and brown one are dating now and the backstory i came up for them is honestly so cute UwU

Then theres just a random old man, but hes making us money so i wont kick him out hehe

Since Gen. 2 is all about messing around in all sorts of nasty places, I wanted the heir to have a lil' love pad of their own <3

Since im like BFF's with @acottonsock now, shes asked me - no, pretty much BEGGED me to build a house for her Not So Berry challenge ~~Mint Generation~~ over on her twitch so here it is :D

It looks so bare bones cuz i had to work a budget but tbh im not mad about how it came out. You'll need only Showtime, Generations and Pets but the only item i use from it is the pet bed xD

I trust yall to make this semi-starter home the baddie shes meant to be with ur amazing decor skillz *rawr*

Hey everyone :3

Im back and with a new build for yall! Hope you like it <3

I love playing with huge families so i decided to make a full on multi-generational mansion! I 100% took inspiration from the Rackett family's house in Twinbrook as you can tell xD

It includes 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms plus a whole bunch of sitting around space. And because im a supernatural stan, i obviously included a graveyard at the back to fill out with deceased family members <3

Main packs used are Supernatural, Pets and the Base game + some stuff packs for decor objects. And of course, its CC free ;)

P.S: Sorry if the terrain is a bit wonky, the lot i built it on originally wasnt 100% flat :c

Update

Alright so, i got some bad news :c

I had to get my laptop factory reset because of an unfixable graphics card glitch meaning i lost most of my sims 3 everything.

I could've saved everything by making a folder with all of the content i had but my brain said "lets not that" so i only saved my library folder with all the lots i've ever built.

But tbh this was kind of a good thing. I've decided to make this a BUILD ONLY tumblr where i'll just randomly post the builds i think are worthy of you guys downloading.

My builds will still remain CC Free since, well, i literally have no CC in my game right now. I should also make it aware that if any of you have a request for something you want built, i'll be happy to make it! Just give me some time cuz im a busy bee xD

Hope you guys arent super sad about this cuz im totally ok with this "fresh start" for me lol.

So TLDR: bye bye current household, hello lots more builds.

I know i’ve been gone for a while (again) SO!

To make it up for you guys, here’s a ranch house i built like 2 hours ago lol

This is a 4 bed, 4 bath house + horse barn and is completly CC FREE!! You just need the Base game, Pets, and the CC that comes with Riverview. Plus Generation windows but those can easily be replaced if you dont have that pack.

Also as you can see, i left the rooms unfurnished because i always decorate around my sims personality and since i dont have plans for anyone living here, they’re empty for now >_>

I built a ~supernatural~ themed house for @acottonsock Lepacy challenge! It uses pretty much all expansion packs up to Supernatural and a few stuff packs BUT it is completely CC free!! Well except for that changing table item from the store but we dont talk about it wink wink

Newly retired, im planning on having them spend time with their kiddos and enjoy a carefree live!
