Women of color are not your aesthetic.
Women of color are not your trend.
Women of color are not your fetish.
Women of color are not your style of the season/look of the year.
Women of color are women.
Women of color are real people.
Women of color deserve respect.

Do cis people know how exhausting it is to have someone come up to them and "prove" they are who they say they are?

JK Rowling is whining and crying about getting violent threats about her transphobia.
Aww, Joanne. Does that suck? Yeah. Know who ELSE gets violent threats? Trans people! Know who gets EVEN WORSE than violent threats? TRANS. PEOPLE. Know who ENCOURAGED that violence by being a transphobic asshole? YOU.
Forgive me if I don’t care that a rich cis white lady is crying in her comfort while trans people are dying on the streets and losing their legal rights left and right because of people like HER.

As a nonbinary person, I really dislike being called bro or dude.
The fact that cis women never seem to grasp that trans women have a different relationship with being addressed as “man/dude/bro” is endlessly worrying to me.
Like, I’m glad being called those words don’t make you literally want to tear your body apart or remind you of horribly traumatic events! I really am. That’s great for you. But for most of us trans women that is our reality. That’s our reaction to being addressed as those terms. So your continual reliance on the defense of “oh, I call everyone that!” is pretty myopic and inconsiderate.
And your other tired defense of “I use it in a gender-neutral way” falls flat too. You can’t use a word that’s explicitly a gendered term - literally the word “man” or “brother” in an ungendered way. It would be like me cooking a meal and saying that I use dairy milk in a vegan way - no matter how I say I’m using it, it’s still gonna make people sensitive to it sick.

My dear, it's okay to have grown. Change is beautiful. It's necessary in order to be happy, in order to survive, in order to become yourself.

Let gay/bi men and bi women talk about their attraction to men in LGBT spaces without people saying that men are awful and it sucks to be attracted to them. Let bi men talk about their attraction to women in LGBT spaces without people saying that men’s attraction to women is disgusting. Let men and people who like men exist in LGBT spaces without being attacked by sexist assholes.

Trans women are real women and deserve to be in women's spaces. This should not be a controversial statement, yet here we are.

tbh i like the label traditional hater, not like those new age haters out ther XD
Why are you a traditional hater? You just sad that a whole community sees you for the cunt that you are?
Oh, dear, you misguided poor thing. I just happen to be the most beautiful of cunts. The type that hates Nazis and denounces the patriarchy. You can die mad in the 1950s while I love my life in the 21st century now. Praise be.

Nonbinary people are not the reason that the LGBTQIA+ community gets harassed.
Xenogenders are not the reason that the LGBTQIA+ community gets harassed.
Neopronouns are not the reason that the LGBTQIA community gets harassed.
Homophobes, transphobes, queerphobes, and enbyphobes are the reason that our community gets harassed.

Gender is a social construct, and that means that we get to make gender whatever we want it to be.
Gender can be whatever you want it to be for you!
Don't police other people's experience with gender!

Gender abolition seems like a transmedicalist take when it comes to trans and nonbinary people.
From what I understand, it wants to reduce us back to our sex, erasing gender identity entirely. It leaves us trans and nonbinary people in a very complicated place.
Would I now only be able to identify as my sex assigned to me?
Would nonbinary still exist?
Would I only be trans if I wanted to change my sex?
Would trans people only be trans if they did HRT and had surgeries?
Where does this leave trans and nonbinary people who don't want or don't need medical intervention?
Gender might be made up, but that doesn't mean we have to get rid of it. Can't we focus instead on gender equality? Can't we focus on letting people identify the way they want to? Gender is very important to some of us trans and nonbinary people, and ignoring us is just kinda insulting.
If anyone would like to answer or explain, keep it polite.
