Korean tour, 28 December 2011. Paek Du-San as Plato/Macavity and Yu Hoe-ung as Mistoffelees.
Carla Remes as Electra in the 2013 Mexico production.
Although this is a non-replica production, a lot of the design decisions are based on the replica 1991โ93 South American productions, but with their own twist. Electra, however, is an entirely new design, and stands out even in this large and colourful cast with her slender silhouette and frost-like patterning.
She also dances with the boys a lot, and is part of the Raffish Crew.
Here she is up the back chatting with Munkustrap (Pounce comes up beside them and pushes Skimbleshanks off!) then lining up for the Bustopher inspection between Pounce and Plato:
Sadly, when the production was revived in 2018 it was with a smaller cast, and Electra was one of the characters dropped. But Carla stayed with the production as a swing, covering Jemima (as well as Cassandra, Tantomile, and possibly others).
(Look at those nails and those gloves! And the phone cover coordinates so nicely.)
John Partridge as Tugger on the closing night of the original London production, May 11 2002.
Also Oliver Tydman as Coricopat, Kenny Linden as Admetus, Benjamin Tyrrell as Mistoffelees, Adrian Edmeades as Mungojerrie, and a brief glimpse of Jack Rebaldiโs Munkustrap going zoom.
The cast of the 2020 Asia tour introducing themselves to the stage crew on their first day in the theatre! Left to right: Dan Partridge as Tugger, Jal Joshua as Carbucketty, Anina Pletscher as Electra, Thomas Inge as Admetus, Holly Willock as Jemima, Tyler Lotzof as Victoria, and Xavier Pellin making a lovely cryptid Mistoffelees effect with his stubbly chin.
