its so disturbing how many people get appendectomies when there's no evidence that it even helps with appendicitis :/ hm? oh? no i know about that but it wasn't double blind so it doesn't count. you know. one of those double blind appendectomy studies where we give people with appendicitis a placebo appendectomy and the doctors doing it also don't know if they've actually removed the appendix or not at the end of the procedure. yeah nobody's done one of those so the evidence doesn't count and if looks like there's just no evidence for appendectomies :/ and some of the people getting them might be autistic so idk if they can really consent to having their body permanently altered... but of course you can't talk about any of this because of Woke nowadays...

Israel is in a long term project of apartheid and slaughter regarding the Palestinians. Saying this project merits expelling Israelis from that land would be applying a double standard far beyond what is expected of white colonizers, and in the view of OP has pro-colonial implications because many Jewish people have ancestry that traces its way to Israel

I think it's overall a red herring when the chance of Israel being disbanded is an outcome most entities with actual power are doing much to prevent, and that there are other groups indigenous to that land being expelled and abused in greater numbers in this current historical moment.

I think it is pink washing to specifically portray violence against civilians as pro-LGBT, but queer Israelis existing should not be shamed.

Israel was explicitly founded as a settler colony, and no comparable violence done by indigenous Americans to the US would be tolerated. Rebuilding a nation is ethical, but it does not outweigh any harm that is committed in that process. War crimes should be criticized and war criminals should be held accountable.

Israelis and Jewish people are largely not white, and the existence of any sort of Jewish whiteness has a history of being frequently conditional. This does not change that the conditions in Palestine are abysmal - bad and even ethnonationalistic things can happen without being white supremacy.

As the war is being waged between an antisemitic theocratic terrorist group and the government doing all that stuff I've been saying is worth criticizing, I should acknowledge that it is both easy and unacceptable to allow antisemitic tropes and pro-authoritarian points in your criticism of the Israeli government and military.

Much of what Hamas does (at least as much as the IDF) would not be acceptable coming from indigenous Americans to the US either. War crimes, in either direction, are no excuse for violent collective punishment in either direction.

Just because your sentiment is targeted towards jews zionists does not mean that its not repackaged right wing talking points and bigotry.

Putting a cut off date for jews indigenousness at its core is still anti indigenous folk and putting a cut off date for an indigenous group regardless if it's targeted towards jews.
