#quickcostumefx4 witches are always hot and this year they are hotter. Put a under bust corset over an inexpensive full length black dress. Wear a big and I mean big hat. Use green face paint with a setting powder. Add dramatic cat’s eye makeup and eyebrows, matte red lipstick and a beauty mark.
