exactly. thank you. idk where this stigma about paparazzi come from. i can understand sometimes they can be much and sometimes, especially in the usa, is not as controlled like it is in france and things can go out of control. but in these cases it's all very much agreed. they need to promotes stuff, even themselves, and paparazzi offers that kind of service. it's that easy.

those are more complicated bc in italy there is not a specific law for paparazzi like in france, but i wanna say yes for multiple reasons. the most evident one was the constant ad thru all the article promo of the bikini brand charlotte was promoting in those pictures. you can see her in almost all the pictures holding a bikini, besides wearing one of the same brand. the most commos is always the whole promo thing of the vacation days, general public who doesn't use socials that much and read articles both online or on a magazine wanna know where the favourite celebrities are and what they're doing, especially in the summer since all the activies are stopped. this kind of promo exists till the beggining. as u can notice all drivers are papped during summer and i assure you they know they're papped. and if they didn't sign any agreement before, they will go to specific places where it's known that paps will be there.

wrong wrong wrong. on french territory after the tragic death that happened to lady Diana paparazzi cannot go around and take pictures without an agreement before. so every paparazzi pics you will see that on french land is agreed way before. Signori is not an exception to law, even more if he wants to mantain his credibility. In this case Charles knew exactly what would happened.
