See this is what I’m saying. What’s even the point of the naming ceremony if their names are essentially predetermined. Like unless their prefix is a tree or a plant or some random animal that isn’t known for any particular feature, the suffixes are rarely surprising. I’d argue that the bird+feather names are basically one word names

I bet warriors with bird prefixes are so unenthused at their naming ceremonies like wow I got the wing suffix didn’t see that one coming 🙄

Wait actually I think I’ve played myself here a bit. I guess you could argue Feathertail’s name is also predetermined if she was named for the appearance of her tail… AHH

imo Feathertail’s name is the best in the series. You can visualize it. Like yes, I see it, this longhaired cat has a feather-like tail. But it’s not as predestined as like… Jayfeather or Stormcloud. I particularly dislike Stormcloud because it’s essentially a one-word name which is like… the antithesis of the Warriors naming system. Like am I wrong??
