In a mysterious yet not unwelcome turn of events, the battle against Tumblr forces for my blog and the dignity of my kitten Momo Cecilia has been won!

As it happens, I'm moving back to my original account and thank everyone who's been fighting with me side by side all this time.

This blog will stay dormant in case I ever need it again. It's done a good service, and I'm glad to know that it even managed to contribute to the community with unprecedented and impeccable Father Vidcund.

I'm still waiting for some kind of development, which is now especially thrilling because I've accidentally told some random Tumblr staff member that I've slеpt with their mоm.

Anyway, I'm trying to busy myself with something productive in the meantime, and these screenshots have been lуing around since my last session which was several months ago. I think this might be the most meaningful way to preserve them, save for maybe printing, frаming and hаnging on the wall.

I've tested and everything seems to be working just fine, but should any sudden prоblems arise, don't be shу to inform me 👍👍

It's been almost 72 hours since Tumblr invaded my home and murdеred my beautiful blog because of a kitten.

The only thing that we've managed to determine so far is that my tickets – all whooping dozen of them – never even came through to the support! Not once have I received so much as a bot autoreply! To compare, when my friends joined into karening at Tumblr staff yesterday, every single one of them got a bot email within ten minutes max.

My only theory so far is that it has something to do with geopolitical location. I live on what is currently a Russiаn-occupied territory, and although Tumblr implies that they do honestly review appeals from Russiаn users, just please send those in English – it seems like they actually don't.

Well, I hope Tumblr staff at least feels great collaborating with the Russiаn government in making all the strategical choices to turn people's lives here into a phatasmagoria of absolutely stupid inconveniences. Bravo.

I've tried using VPN – in fact, I've tried using different VPNs – but even that didn't fix the situation, which makes it all the more interesting. Again, the only hypothesis I can make is that the service somehow detects that it'd be mailing an account registered in Russiа and nips the transmission. I don't know how technically plausible this is, but I also don't see what else could be causing this issue.

Alas, my fellow users who just so happen to be stuck in this Pootin's regime hellhole, if you ever find your blog to be Not found. – expect that from then on Tumblr will abandon you behind and not even turn their heads back for a second to see what happened.

I'm still occasionally pestering them on Twitter, but other than that, we've already done all we could in our position. The only thing left now is to wait. And, I mean, they did spin themselves a convenient loophole of "Tumblr may remove any account without explanation if its divine will proclaims so", so I may as well start moving to this page permanently.

The other sad thing is, no replies were being given. All messages begging to restore his blog are still being ignored. Let’s help him bring back his blog.

@staff @support please… we beg you give his Tumblr blog back. He didn’t violate anything. You should spend your time and resources on deleting actual bots plaguing my (& other people’s) blog. You know what I mean, and you know what kind of bots I’m talking about. Deleting his blog over nothing was a mistake.

@fishcemetery already messaged you a couple of times today. Can you at least acknowledge and show him that you’re doing something?

This kitten made Tumblr sh!t its pants so bad they deleted my entire blog over it

And brothers in Christ let me tell you, this is NOT a сlickbait.

So, what happened yesterday at 8.30 am GMT was that I posted this photo of my new kitten, Momo Cecilia Wonkypoopies Vu (don't ask), whom I found in the middle of a road a week ago and have been raising ever since.

Immediately after that I lost all access to my account and so far haven't been able to get it back.

28+ hours, a number of successfully disregarded messages to Tumblr support, @staff pings from my friends – nah. Nada. Post a kitten, get fuсked. Several months of art and community participation are under the risk of being gone because Tumblr burpеd and fartеd and decided that scrunkly animals are now bаnned on this platform.

The app is still sending me notifications about other people updating, so I guess my previous account is still alive somewhere out there in the Not Found limbo, but other than that I know virtually nothing about its fate. Because, you know, in a brilliant display of incompetence the support chose to busy themselves with picking their аnuses or something instead of engaging with their own users.

I'm keeping this page as a sort of a backup operation base for the time being. I haven't lost all hope of fighting off my original account yet and am ready to pester everyone all the way up to Matt Mullenweg. I won't be actively posting here until it becomes clear that Tumblr won't let me pry my own fuсking personal blog from its grabby clammy fingers, but you can always engage with me if you want to.
