Is it just me or does the Smashing Pumpkins 1979 music video give “Over The Edge” vibes? (here’s the video: https://youtu.be/4aeETEoNfOg)

Richard M. Brewer
Okay so I got bored and looked up the different people that the characters in Young Guns were based off of. I started comparing how the people looked to the actors, if the actors looked like the people that they portrayed. Obviously none of the actors looked like the real outlaws, but then I saw this picture of Richard M. Brewer, portrayed by Charlie Sheen in the movie, and oh my gosh... The resemblance is kind of freaking me out tbh. Like, if he doesn’t look like Charlie Sheen, he at least looks like Martin Sheen or Emilio Estevez.

Whenever somebody buys a car, they bring Steve along. Hc that one of his favorite pastimes is just shutting down pushy cars salespeople or asking them really difficult questions just to trick them up. Like, he goes to different dealerships on weekends just to bother them. He also goes to the local used car dealership if there’s any cars that he’s worked on and knows the accident history of and calls out salespeople for lying to his face.

Hi! i was wondering if you could do some headcanons for the gang going to a car show with the reader but the reader is just good friends with all of them instead of dating one of them. also!!! happy birthday 🎉
HELLO FRIEND
Sorry if this isn't great, I'm sick rn and I know nothing about cars, but I tried my best 😭
The Gang and Reader at a Car Show
For @screamlover02 :)
The only reason you guys went was to go see Darry, who was volunteering there.
Steve and Sodapop wanted to go anyway so it was a good excuse to get out and get the gang bonding and such.
So, all seven of you, you and the boys, piled into Twobits truck and headed for the fair grounds.
As soon as the car was put in park everyone was scrambling from the truck bed and back seat to go cause as much trouble as humanly possible.
Most of the gang was happy to be there, including you, but Johnny looked like he'd was going to collapse in on himself if he had to see another stationary car.
Everyone ran off in their own directions, you and Pony left to go look for Darry first, then you'd start to look at the cars.
Things were going fairly well till the yelling started.
Three middle aged men stumbling into the centre of the lot, yelling something about tires being slashed.
Obviously, you knew who did it, fucking Dallas Winston of course, but you're not some snitch, so you kept your mouth shut.
Things only went down hill from there.
It started with Dally slashing a Mustangs tires, then penises drawn on the hood of a car in a familiar Two-bit shaped way.
Next, it was Johnny, who'd fallen asleep in the back of one of the convertibles and was being dragged out by his shirt collar.
Needless to say, you and the boys were no longer welcome.
Two, Dally and a half asleep Johnny left after that, having lost interest. Steve was no where to be found, probably talking to some guy with a ponytail about engines or something, and Pony and Soda sat side by side on the ground.
You sit down next to them, Ponyboy halfway through drawing one of the Mustangs and Soda humming to himself, lost ih his own little world.
Next thing you remember is being awkwardly tossed back and forth against a leather seat, distant mumbles of "shit" being the only thing keeping you awake.
The car ride home was silent. You had you head up against Sodas shoulder, and Ponys body completely leaning against you.
Johnny had fallen asleep on the couch that night, but got up to sleep on the floor so you could have it.
For something as mundane as a car show, it was a day well spent, as everyday with the gang is
IM SORRY IF YOU MEANT LIKE A DRAG RACE ISTEAD OF A CAR SHOW BUT ALL THE REASEARCH AND PEOPLE I ASKED TOLD ME A CAR SHOW JUST LIKE A DISPLAY SO 💀
Anyways here's this :)

Okay don’t get me wrong but as I was reading Rumble Fish the Motorcycle Boy lowkey (LOWKEY) reminded me of Boomhauer from King of the Hill.

What if Johnny’s knife skills were all in throwing them. Like he practiced constantly after getting jumped, because he preferred a long-range attack strategy that would keep him away from the danger. That would explain how he killed Bob, after throwing the knife it hit his neck or his head.
