You and Bucky have been together for a few months while on base but have yet to do anything other than share secret kisses. After a particularly risky mission, you decide it’s time to take things up a notch, especially since the war is escalating, and you never know when the last time you’ll see Bucky will be.

You and Bucky sneak to his bunk while everyone else is out celebrating the successful mission. The two of you are making out on his cot, and his hands stop short of your thigh like always, so he doesn’t push any further.

“Touch me,” you whisper, pulling away from the kiss for a moment.

“What?” Bucky asks, not sure if he heard you correctly.

“Touch me,” you say a little louder.

“Did I hear you right?” Bucky smirks.

“Don’t make me say it again.”

“I just might make you if you really want me to touch you, baby,” Bucky teases, toying with the hem of your skirt.

“Please touch me, Bucky,” you whine, kissing him to keep him from making another smart comment.

His hand slides under your skirt, and the two of you make it as quick but pleasurable as possible while the rest of the base is unaware of your shenanigans.

Bucky frowns deeply. You scratch the back of your neck nervously, avoiding eye contact. You’ve gone and done it again- getting yourself into trouble. Some big, buff guy had challenged Bucky at the bar, and you puffed your chest at him. You looked straight up at him and dared him to come any closer to your man. He backed off when he realized you were serious. Another instance is when you kept playing poker with some of the guys on base all night, insisting that you had won a game that you had apparently lost. And you were going to keep winning to prove your point. Bucky eventually had to drag you away. And don’t forget the time you almost got into it with Buck for something silly, which you later apologized for.

“You have got to stop this nonsense,” Bucky rolls his eyes after breaking the silence.

“It’s just cause I’m stubborn, Bucky. You should know this by now.”

“I do know,” Bucky wraps an arm around you, pointing his finger in your face until he taps your nose, “But you know better.”

You act like you’re going to bite his finger, chuckling at the alarmed look on his face. He then laughs, too, kissing you on the forehead.

“I can handle fighting other people from now on,” Bucky turns to look at you as he walks away.
