Hello! I was the anon who asked about the manga artbooks and character books, thank you for submitting my question馃挅 I wanted also to ask a list of the FMA anime artbooks and character books if It Is possibile.
Of course! There are a whole load of books for FMA 2003/Conqueror of Shamballa. Lots of them overlap in terms of content. Anime Profiles (EN)
TV Animation Art Book 1 (EN) TV Animation Art Book 2 TV Animation Art Book 3
TV Animation Initial Materials TV Animation Complete Book (Material Side) TV Animation Complete Book (Story Side)
CoS Absolute Cinema Guide
Official fanbook 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5
It might not be exactly what you're after, but there are also the Scenario Books [ 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / CoS ], which are mostly text-based, with script excerpts and discussions from the staff. Plus the TV Animation Books [ 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / CoS 1 / CoS 2 ], which depict the first half of the anime and CoS in manga format using screencaps.
The English conversation book is cool too!
FMA Brotherhood has surprisingly few books, and unfortunately none of them are translated into English...
Official Guidebook 1 Official Guidebook 2 Official Guidebook 3 Official Guidebook 4
Postcard Book 1 Postcard Book 2
The Science of Alchemy
TV Animation Gengashuu Book
Anime Staff Art Book
There's also a storyboard book which I don't have a link for but it's similar to the Gengashuu book, just bigger!
Finally, there's the Sacred Star of Milos TV Animation Gengashuu Book and Official Memorial Book.
I think that's about everything!

Hello! I wanted to ask if there is a list of all FMA official artbooks/character books and guidebooks and where they are avaliable
I'll try to list them all from memory, with links to their MyFigureCollection page so that you can see some details on them! These links are to the Japanese versions, but I'll mention if there's an English version available too:
The Art of Fullmetal Alchemist 1 (EN) The Art of Fullmetal Alchemist 2 (EN) The Art of Fullmetal Alchemist 3 The Complete Art of Fullmetal Alchemist (EN)
Perfect Guidebook 1 (EN) Perfect Guidebook 2 Perfect Guidebook 3
Hagaren DX FMA Character Guide Fullmetal Alchemist Chronicle 4 Koma Collection (EN) 20th Anniversary Book (EN)
In terms of where to get them - most are quite easy to find second hand on Japanese websites or ebay. English versions might be available from places like Amazon or even your local book shops!
(These are just manga books by the way - if you want me to list anime books too then let me know!)

Hello! I was wondering if you knew about the bonus illustration postcards (those b&w ones) that apparently came with the deluxe Japanese Fulllmetal editions of the manga? As in, how exclusive were they/which shop they came from etc? I'm a sucka for stuff like that but me throwing my limited Japanese keywords at the wall is not helping me this time, and they seem rare =_= Thanks in advance! Btw, I've seen your MFC profile every now and then and your collection is super super awesome. So satisfying even just to look at!! Keep trucking on because looks like FMA is popular enough to get that steady stream of new merch! XD
Hello and thank you!
I'm guessing you're referring to these postcards? I haven't been able to 100% confirm exactly how they were available, but from what info I've gathered it seems like each one was available when you bought a particular volume of the Japanese Kanzenban volumes from a particular store.
The first two postcards were from Yurindo Books, and I think came with volumes 1 and 2. I'm not sure which volumes the other two came with but the third was available at Futaba Books, and I believe the fourth one was from Bunkyodo Books (the first three have branding on the back so I can confirm those, but the fourth doesn't; this is just info I've gathered from old auctions. Interestingly the fourth postcard is slightly bigger than the other three).
Unfortunately they are suuuuper rare and I know a couple of people who've been hunting them for a while. I highly recommend the big colour reprints which were made last year; they're a really beautiful alternative!

apologies if this is a silly question, but I saw the Chronicle book for sale recently and I know there's a timeline in there, and I'm wondering how official it is? Like do you know if Arakawa herself wrote it, or is it written by someone else and just using her artwork?
The Chronicle book was written in collaboration with Arakawa. All of the series info in the book, including the timeline, is canon!

Do you have any info on FMA posters and wall scrolls/tapestries?. I have tried to do research on the subject but it leads to dead ends. I can't find much on my figure collection (could be, that i suck with using the site search). there was only 3 in the system, all still drafts. Amazon has a few, but i think there fake, it has the made by gee and everything with official art. other then that i can't find much on FMA posters and wall scrolls/tapestries.
The wall scrolls made by GE Entertainment are all official! You can see what designs they have on their info-only site:
FMA 2003 (page 2) FMAB (page 4)
There are at least a couple of Japanese wall scrolls but I haven't been able to find much information on them. I owned an '03 one, and there's one which was available through Shonen Gangan which is pretty rare.
In terms of posters, most of the official paper posters are pull-outs from various magazines like Newtype or Animedia. When you're searching around you can check listings to see if they mention a magazine (a lot of Japanese sellers on Ebay sell these kinds of posters). The posters will be folded, so check for fold lines as well (don't be put off by them, they don't make the posters any less nice!).
There are also a bunch of paper posters by Banpresto, which I'll add onto MFC for you! Those are slightly more rare; you'll probably need to search Japanese sites/use a proxy if you want to get one.
And finally, there are a few clear posters from Japan. I'll get those added to MFC if I can - it's harder to find info on those too.
