I guess you get this all the time, and I'm not even sure if you still do mods, haven't seen activity for six months now, but I'm really hopeful still. Is there still a chance for the buff femshep mod to come out for LE? it looks so much better thsn the vanilla noodle arms
hi anon! around the time i was in the middle of the project, i got really sick and had to stop working on it. since taking a break, i lost track of how modding development was going and haven't really caught up yet on any changes or what's happened in the community over the months. but if there's still an interest in seeing the rest of the mod finished, i may try to complete and release it sometime this year after some of my health issues resolve. thank you for asking!

TANK TOP CASUALS FOR MELE2
similar outfit as before, but with fresh new meshes and new textures to make them consistent with ME2 appearances and lore. comes in two styles: N7 black and cerberus. default femshep is buff, but option to install vanilla body is also available. For MELE2 only (see original MELE3 post for those options).  Use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install.
STILL COMING SOON: full buff femshep mod port for ME3 is coming up next; mod for MELE3 v1.2 is available on the nexus which includes fixes for some mesh errors and no more weird bendy noodle arms.

TANK TOP CASUALS FOR MELE3
they’re back! and now packaged properly as dlc! and retextured in higher resolution! the base mod adds 2 versions of the tank top with fatigues to both fem and bro shep closets; the other casual outfits are optional installs. For MELE3 only. Use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install. (Also available for advanced modders to download are texture files, if you’d like the outfits to come in a custom color/pattern.) COMING SOON: the full Buff FemShep mod, and an LE2 compatible version of the tank tops.

thank you so much for doing the buff femshep mod for the legendary edition as well !! i dont get modding stuff but i know it takes a lot of time and effort so i was wondering the time estimate for the completion of the mod? im asking just so i can put off playing the games until the mod comes out or consider replaying when it does <3
for an LE3 release, i'm aiming for the end of the week at latest! possibly much sooner if i have the time to work on the meshes, package, and then test them.
for any LE2 ports, it'll take a little longer since the meshes i have are based on me3, but i'm aiming for consistency and haven't looked into those files yet.

hii are you planning to import the buff femshep mod to mele 🥺 i tried importing them myself but i cant figure it out bc im not experienced in these stuff and i'd appreciate it a lot if you do make the buff mod for mele2/3 🥺 its my absolute favorite mod in mass effect thank you for doing them in the first place <3
that's the goal! no promises and it won't be a fast process cause i'm having to learn all the new tools, relearn how to do old stuff, and i lost most of my mod files in a harddrive crash, so i have to download all my own resources 🤡
but!!! i'm already 90% done with importing/remaking the tank tops (for fem and bro sheps, just need to do more testing) in MELE3 with fixed models and hi-res texturing to match the new assets, and packaged as new casual outfits rather than replacers. then i'll see about editing and importing some of the other fshep models. i've never worked with making mods for me2 before, but i will also take a look at doing imports for that, too! thanks for the question 💖

Hiya, since you seem so competent with tint mods, would you consider writing a tutorial specifically for tinting materials? (TY in advance if you decide to undertake this task, which I know is not a simple one.)
I’ve been thinking about trying to write a tutorial myself, but sirsagrell’s pajama mod tutorial is what got me started in the first place, and does a thorough job of covering the basics of tint editing. I highly recommend reading it through. The primary difference when it comes to changing the tints of different armors (other than the PJs) is that the data blocks associated with material slots may be in a different place than stated in the tutorial. The easiest way to identify the material blocks are by their Guid numbers.
In relation to that point, I’m currently working on a full list of crafting material EbxFile and RecipeMaterial Guids for easy copy & paste replacement with a hex editor. This should cover most of the base game cloths, leathers and metals. I will probably have it available in a few days, possibly posted on the tools forum and/or as a downloadable text file.
I hope you don’t mind my publishing this–I think the answer could be useful to other prospective modders. (If you do, I can make this private, let me know.)

SKYHOLD WARDROBE TINTS (Nexus mirror) Changes the materials of the outfits in the Wardrobe with a few .ebx edits. Install one tint pack at a time, as there may be some overlap in the files changed. Can be used with tintable retextures and crafting material fixes. Requires Patch 10 and latest ModManager.
Outerwear Tints - Lore-based: Richer, deeper fabrics and leathers, fitting the wardrobe descriptions. Available as an all-in-one file and individual mods.
Pinkquisitor’s Wardrobe: A revamp of most of the Wardrobe’s outfits to fit a certain theme.
A note on Requests: If there are any specific tint combinations you would like to have in your wardrobe, send me a message with the outfit you’d like altered and the materials (up to two cloths, one leather, one metal) and I will do my best to fulfill it. Please be patient.

First outfit is shown with my wardrobe retint.)

Undercut Ponytail for Females: Dwarf | Human | Elf | (Nexus)
Changes the ponytail hairstyle (mesh pb) to a pompadour undercut with a longer, fuller ponytail (which sometimes clips), for female dwarves, humans and elves only. To get more of a shaved scalp look, you can install the alternative sidecut mod by thetrollingchaos (see koric‘s great mod here for instructions and a different take on the style). For best results, use Smooth hair retex by skara888.
Requires latest Patch 10 and ModManager. Mesh Quality settings must be on Ultra; when using the Black Emporium, new hair will not display in the Mirror of Transformation, but will load after exiting BE. May not show up in certain DLC zones.

Dalish Female Retex: Original (Updated) | Tinted Cloth Pack | Nexus HF Originals (Updated): Red (No Sash) | Black (No Sash) | Blue (No Sash) HF Tinted Cloth Packs: With Sash | No Sash | Nexus
REQUIRES PATCH 9 and latest ModManager. Since there were earlier reports of crashing at first arrival at Skyhold, I’ve begun rebuilding my .daimods--hopefully this will fix that problem (but let me know if it doesn’t!). I have also started playing around with .ebx files and swapping the basic pajama materials to resource in game cloth mats. They can still be tinted under armor.
Because this alters a shared file, they WILL affect other Skyhold mods for other race/gender combos. I would advise swapping them in only when you want to use them, otherwise you may have installation conflicts. (I will also be making separate mod files in the near future that change only the beige cotton parts of my original designs/the regular PJs to different cloth mats.)

I was just wondering if you were planning on making a skyhold outfit for male dwarves. It's the only one you don't have an outfit for.
I did, and still do, have plans to make them at some point. I just haven’t had the inspiration to design and create textures lately. In the mean time, I highly recommend the Carta cut Skyhold retextures by gilsa-childofstone. They’re gorgeous, and very close to some of the ideas I had for my own retextures.

Inquisition Morrigan Outfit Retexture
As much as I appreciate the nod to her original design, Morrigan deserves a change of outfit after the last ten years, too. (And it’s cold in the Frostbacks.) Lore-compliant, loosely based on concept art and other in-game sources. Requires Patch 8 and DAI Mod Manager v0.53 Alpha (or higher) to install.
