An envoy from the continent of Quon has invited dignitaries of Thavnair to establish an embassy in the city-state of Jeuno. Uznair has been elected to assess the situation. In times past, the Princessguard would send a delegation from the court escorted by Immortal Lions. But the mysterious nature of their new potential allies has prompted caution, and Nashimera II has decided it is best to send those best at exploring new lands: the adventurers of Salaheem Sentinels.  A call to adventure has been prompted to make ready to Jeuno. An additional flyers have been posted in allied adventure guilds, including the Quicksand and the Gold & Glory.  What adventure will they find in the Southern Middle Lands? NEW UMBRAL ERA: Generation Damnation A Professional Wrestling Roleplay Season Two begins October 8th

Eorzea Federation Wrestling: A New Umbral Era: Generation Damnation is a role play series of professional wrestling events. Wrestlers will perform before an audience in predetermined matches utilizing storylines and signature moves to create an entertaining fight showcase. 

The style of wrestling incorporates elements of American professional wrestling and Japanese purosu. Storylines will be created by the GMs with contribution from the wrestlers, and scripts will be pre-written between wrestlers to make the event flow at a natural pace. There will be both single and tag team events, a royal rumble, and a final event. Wrestlers will participate in on-stage promos, and video promos.

This is a three day event where we RP going to basically an anime/comic book convention in-game.

Doman Jump Festa is a pop cultural convention sponsored by Doman Jump and Kitsune Beat featuring all of their famous IP’s including Dragoon Ball Z, My Emerald Eorzea, Full Magitek Alchemist, Sailor Arcania, Sword Princess Zenos, ect. It also features Eorzean and Garlean pop culture.

The event is hosted at the Goblet West Plaza Hotel, a large convention center. Hotel rooms have been reserved for participants. The convention begins with check in on Friday night and sends Sunday morning.

There will be multiple events running during the GM’d hours, so we will need lots of help to run everything. I have ideas, but would appreciate any additions you might be willing to add!

The Summer Games: The Feast of Wolves Friday August 26th @ 8:00pm EST - Balmung Mist W15, P2

The bannermen of House Blanc has claimed victory in the Summer Games. The Lower Southern Lowlands celebrate with a feast in the Moon Keep, the ancestorial home of the Moon Knights and House Blanc. 

The evening will begin with a feast, banter, and toasts. Then an award ceremony for the winner of the five events. Then it will transition to a formal dance in the Wolf’s Throat. Don’t worry, that’s just the name of the Moonk Keep’s ballroom.

But have you had the courage to journey pass the bridge, over Griffin Crossing, to the still-green Lowlands? The Summer Games are held once a moon. Lords of the Lowlands, pledged to the Holy See, host competitions in magic, weapons, hunting, barding, and of course, the fan favorite, the Joust.

This is not a festival for just lords and knights though. Adventurers, soldiers, and foreigners are welcome to test their mettle in the Carbuncle Hunt, the Master of the Sword, the Master of Magic, the Battle of the Bards, and the Joust.  They just need to gather their courage and head south. Suiren Shrine will be hosting a trip to the Kugane’s Night Market on 8 September! Enjoy the shift of summer to autumn with our largest Market yet!

Night markets exist all over Eorzea but the ones of the East are especially large and complex. A mirror flip of the material world, these markets host the denizens of the spiritual world. Youkai, spirits, demons, ghosts, blessed mortals, or simply a keen-sensed individual can peddle and visit the night market where one of a kind wares can be found.

Cursed items? Spiritual weapons? Textiles of jiaoren silk? Horn of an oni? A cursed tonic? All manners of items are to be viewed and possibly purchased if one can pay the price. Though violence is prohibited on order of the Night Market Master, there are always more subtle ways of running into trouble. Suiren Shrine’s staff will be in attendance in an effort to keep the balance between spiritual and mortal.

Note: RP events may be announced in /yell throughout the event. These are 100% VOLUNTARY and will not affect the shopping experience for patrons (unless the vendors are in on it ;) ).

[Balmung] Obon Odori August 21st @ 7PM EST Doman Enclave

Dance. Remember. Release.  Pray to the spirits, honor the dead. Obon is a traditional Eastern festival where families and community come together to visit, to remember, and to release their beloved ancestors. The Obon Odori is the festival dance performed in honor of the spirits as they are sent off on lighted lanterns down the One River.

Join us on August 21st in the Doman Enclave. Enjoy local vendors and food. Step up and tell a story about your ancestors in the story garden. Build a lantern with the Aramitama Vault. Watch a segaki ritual be performed by the Sasori Shayou-Dera. Create the Daimonji. Join in the Obon Dori led by miko Eiden Seitsurugi. And send off your lanterns down the One River led by a Suiren Shrine.
