S U N D A Y 💭 . After a few weeks of not really bothering about what I eat I am back on the grind tomorrow. Not because I have put on much weight or because I think I need to lose much more weight but because I love being healthy, eating healthy and exercising. . Yes don’t get me wrong it’s nice to eat nice food and be a little lazy on working out once in a while but I need to exercise and eat good food or I feel horrible. I have had a bad stomach and felt just not great because I haven’t been eating the best or exercising! . I find that having a glass of ice water/chewing ice helps a lot with boredom eating! It's my biggest problem area sadly :/
How I avoid bordoem eating -
Do something to take your mind off it.
Anyone one of these things will help you to avoid eating from boredom:
Go for a shower
Tidy your room/house
Do the vacuuming
Go for a walk
Prep meals
Take a bath
Get some uni/college work done
Be productive
Help someone around the house
Go to the gym
Play a game
Organise yourself for the next day
Make your bed
Do a workout
Watch a programme
Read a book

Ten things you should know about exercise...
1. It shouldn’t be easy.
2. You have to learn to do it on days you don’t want to do it.
3. If you don’t figure out a kind of exercise you enjoy to some extent, you aren’t going to keep up with it. So figure that out quickly.
4. It’s okay NOT to do a kind of workout if you just can’t get into it no matter how hard or often you try. Just working out in any way is better than nothing.
5. Don’t overdo it. You’ll injur yourself and end up not being able to workout at all.
6. You should never work out to make up for overeating or simply to make up for extra calories.
7. Mentally you’ll feel better if you workout regularly. There isn’t a therapist out there who wouldn’t suggest working out for the mental benefits.
8. It takes time to get to a point where you do enjoy working out. It doesn’t happen immediately. In fact working out when you’ve just started can be downright miserable for quite awhile.
9. Working out at a heavier weight is painful, but the more you lose, the easier it will become. Keep at it.
10. Your body can get pretty strong if you give it a chance, don’t judge your body by how it feels those first few weeks of working out.

M O T I V A T I O N. . Motivation is always something I struggled with after a month or so into losing weight. I would be so motivated to begin with and then find it hard to find that motivation again. I am now at the stage where it is habit to eat healthy and to not binge. To say no to cake when I don’t need it and to know that eating as much as I can will make me feel sick and horrible. . I am now in the habit of working out 2-3x a week even if it is just going for a run. I find it hard now to take a break from it because it is now my life. . I am not on a diet, I just live a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and exercise lots because I enjoy it. Yes I want to lose another half a stone but I’m not going to let it take over my life. I will just continue to do what I am doing and it will eventually start to come off. .
