An update on me and this blog.
Hello guys. I know I have been MIA for a long time now. To be honest, I don't even use Tumblr casually anymore. I am almost about to graduate law school and even with the Covid situation 2020 was very hectic for me. I had back-to-back internships, projects, field work for legal clinics and no time to even read fanfics let alone write them.
Unfortunately, this is going to continue for the first six months of 2021 as well, at least till I sit for my placements. Hopefully, from August everything will slow down.
To answer all the anons and asks piled up in my inbox for months, I do want to continue and finish lifeline, for the sole reason I like writing that story and I have an ending in mind for it. I don't keep up with bts (or k-pop) anymore and they don't inspire me to write new stuff either, but I aim to finish lifeline anyway.
As for the other stories. I have decided to discontinue Days of The Week series. I don't have the mental bandwidth to imagine scenerios for the other guys.
I'm making Baby, You're Bad public domain by my own choice. I really like the idea behind the story that I came up with and I would love to see it expanded. This can be done in two ways and I'm giving permission for both.
1) Any fanfic writer is free to take my idea, build upon it and write their own story from start to finish.
2) Any fanfic writer can use the first chapter of Baby, You're Bad that I have written and continue the story from there on, using the first chapter as the start. (Do give me credit for the first chapter if you do)
Please keep in mind that this permission is only for the story Baby, You're Bad.
That's all. I hope you're all doing good. Hopefully I'll be back in August.

This post is very English language specific, this won't work in many other languages. Plus, this discounts people who do not like to be called "they". I have a trans friend who hates when people call her they instead of she. she considers it misgendering.
gendering strangers is a bad habit gendering strangers is something we have to unlearn gendering strangers is something I’m still working on not doing gendering strangers is harmful
please please please unlearn what society has taught you train yourself to say “they” until told differently by the individual

This is (A) hilarious, and (B) perfect for adapting to a science fiction setting.

you know i wondered what it would be like living in Nazi times.
yesterday me and my family were discussing about how to move to which country, because we’re now seeing how Modi will be winning the 2024 elections as well and so we need a plan ready just in case we need to escape.
this is what is happening to my country. being destroyed by Hindu Nazis. please, someone help us. if the western media starts discussing about this, maybe something could be done, because the fraction of Indians ACTUALLY seeing through this propaganda is reducing day by day, while the govt stifles any and all voices of dissent.
please. i do not want to escape my own birthland as it gets destroyed. thanks.

One of the characteristics of a democracy is that you can protest. That is currently not the case in India.
Young, old, men and women are protesting against a few laws that were created for the farmers.
The government is trying to push back the protestors by shooting water at them. At one point India had a water shortage. Water is also getting wasted. They had closed the road and ended up throwing tear gas at protestors.
This country must represent a democracy, but look what happens here. THOUSANDS of people are disagreeing with something, listen to THEIR voices and their suffering. Stopping them with water, road blocks or throwing tear gas is NOT THE WAY!

Mewa Singh said he wasn’t going anywhere.
On Monday afternoon, Mr. Singh, who farms a small plot of land in northern India, sat in the back of a mud-splattered farm trailer, heaps of rice, lentils, fresh garlic and other spices piled around him, blocking one of the main arteries into India’s capital.
Part of an army of thousands of angry farmers who have encircled New Delhi, Mr. Singh vowed to keep protesting for however long it takes for India’s government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to reverse recently passed pro-market agricultural policies.
“Our land is our mother,” said Mr. Singh, growing emotional as he talked about the new policies, which he saw as part of an effort to hand farmers’ land over to big business. “It was passed on to us from our parents, who got it from their parents, and now Modi wants to acquire it and give it away to his rich friends.”
Even though Mr. Modi’s political party firmly controls the government, the growing farmers’ rebellion seems to have rattled his administration. In India, more than 60 percent of the population depends on agriculture to make a living. Farmers are a huge political constituency.
On Sunday, Mr. Modi’s top lieutenants hastily called a late-night meeting, and they have told the farmers that they were willing to negotiate.
But the crisis, which has snarled traffic leading into New Delhi for miles and cast a sense of uncertainty over the capital, has become a classic standoff of who lays down their arms first.
The Modi administration has indicated that it will not talk to the protesting farmers unless they move to a fairground on New Delhi’s outskirts and stop blocking the highways.
But the farmers have said that they will not move their tractors or trailers until negotiations start. They are digging in, resupplying themselves with food, fuel, firewood and medical supplies to stay put for weeks…
Many farmers said the new rules, which the Modi administration pushed through Parliament in September, are the beginning of the end of a decades-old system that had guaranteed minimum prices for certain crops. They allow farmers greater freedom to sell their produce outside state-controlled agricultural markets, but they also curtail farmers’ ability to challenge disputes in courts.
