I’m just gonna come out and say it: non-transmascs, and cis women in particular, have a Madonna-whore complex towards transmascs
Rather than Madonnas, we’re softboys, hailed as symbols of “safe” and “nonthreatening” masculinity, but only as long as we put up with mockery and never question our place in the community or raise our voices on our specific issues, only as long as we don’t transition “too far” and get ugly body hair and neckbeards and belly fat
