This convenience store was a landmark for decades. No gas. Just snacks, magazines, and cigarettes. The company was bought out by Marathon and this location didn’t make it. I’m sure it will be bulldozed soon, along with the motel that used to be next to it.

Trying out some new lenses and enjoying the process. Vintage lenses on modern digital is a great combo.

After fitting a vintage lens to my mirrorless, I think I have finally found the answer to my color film problems.
I enjoy editing digitally. But, I didn't like how my mirrorless lenses rendered scenes. They were too clinical and sterile. I realized I like the look of vintage lenses.
Mirrorless cameras have opened up a world of vintage glass. It is easy to mount any old 35mm lens and focus. The 10X zoom is great. I am able to focus exactly where I want.

This might be the most northern public, pay phone in lower 48. It still had a dial tone.
