Sapphire mutters quietly to herself as she packs up her stall, setting out any leftover food and drink for others leaving the event. She looks at the small toy she bought, silently pondering over it for a few moments before putting it in a small bag slung around her shoulders, accompanied by the mask. She fiddles around nervously for a moment, as if looking to see if anyone was nearby, before setting off into the vast green and white expanse.

Sapphire has left the event. Sapphire and Taryn are unavailable for asks.

(@the-winter-wanderer) With Steppe on her back, Korama approached the stall that Sapphire manned. "Hello, miss. Would it be alright if we got a couple of waffles and two mugs of hot chocolate?", she asked gently, one ear flopped slightly as the pup tried to climb onto her head, little nose twitching from the scents of food. "I'll pay whatever is needed for the cost. Are you enjoying the festival?"

Sapphire perks up, having learned to not let her attention slip after last time.

“O-oh hello! T-that won’t be a problem! T-the waffles are 100 poke e-each, and hot drinks are free since its so c-cold...”

The small vulpix shivers a bit and begins preparing two mugs of hot chocolate and four waffles, with various toppings and berries on the side.

“I-I guess I’m enjoying it... L-Last year only o-one person came to get a-anything... It’s.. very pretty here though... Maybe I-I’ll stay for a bit once all the p-people leave....” She pours the drinks and plates the waffles and toppings, sliding them across the wooden stall as far as she can reach.

“P-Please enjoy your time! F-Feel free to c-come back i-if you get cold a-again!”

The small vulpix fiddles around a bit, avoiding eye contact, clearly intimidated of the ninetales in front of her.

“W-waffles, yes... a-and s-some toppings... y-you can also.... bring your o-own toppings i-if you’d like...  t-they’re 100 poke each, b-but you dont have to pay for the d-drinks... since it’s so c-cold out... W-what would you l-like? I-I’ll try to make it as f-fast as I can...”

the user in question has supposedly left not just the community but also tumblr so i dont really have any way to make this not a vague post but

if you think it’s even remotely okay to refuse to gender someone correctly just because you don’t like them or they’ve been rude to you, honestly get fucked.  you do not get to pick and choose which trans people are ~acceptable~ enough to you to be referred to correctly. there are other and WAY more mature ways to express your feelings about a person; correct usage of pronouns isnt a privilege you can just decide whether to grant or not

opinions are subjective, you can take them or leave them, dislike people for having them, whatever. people’s gender and identity are not. the fact some people are willing to stoop so low for petty arguments is astounding

“I-I’ll take that one p-please...”

She pauses for a moment, avoiding eye contact and glancing to the side.

Sapphire points to one of the small Kanto vulpix toys, pulls out just enough money to pay for the items, and places it on the counter.

Sindri barely responds to being crashed into, giving Maen a big hug as they roll across the ground before standing back up and running in circles around her.

Sindri: “LET’S GO LETS GO LETS GO!! THE SLING SHOTS ARE OVER HERE!! WE CAN GO THROW ROCKS AT THINGS! DOESN’T THAT SOUND SO FUN?!?”

The pink fairy fox grabs her friend by the ear almost without waiting and takes off, dragging her towards the slingshot stand.

Pokehalloween2020 Asks

I put this in the tags of the intro post but lets be honest here gjsvdhbf

I’ll be sending out Gamut and Sindri, so send me an ask or reply to this post if you’d like an ask for either of them! (If you don’t specify who, I’ll pick a character to send them to myself~)

Sindri is hyperactive, easily excitable, and LOUD AF. She gets along with basically everyone, so long as they can stand her volume.

Gamut is more cool and collected than Sindri is, but is keen on pranks and won’t shy away from sneaking a piece of candy or two while you’re not looking, or whispering “Boo” in your ear to mess up your aim at the slingshots. Basically, he’s a pretty typical 14 year old boy.

Two vulpix walk around the festival, looking at all the activities and faces surrounding them. One of them appears brown with white spots mixed in, almost as if he’s a mix of both Kanto and Alolan forms, wearing light pink paper roses with long strips of paper hastily taped on, crudely painted like leaves. The other is bright pink with an intricate fur pattern, wearing a red cape with vampire fangs.

Sindri: “GAMUT LOOK THEY GOT SLINGSHOTS OMG I’M GONNA GO SMASH SOME PUMPKINS!!” Gamut: “Geez, Taiyo really wasn’t kidding when she said you get excited about everything! I’m gonna be at the pumpkin patch, try not to shoot yourself in the eye~” Sindri: “HEYYY! I’m not THAT bad of a shot!” Gamut: “We’ll see about that!”

Gamut snickers as they both run off in opposite directions, ready to have fun and make some friends.
