For just $4.00 This listing is for the sale of THE PATTERN ONLY, not of the actual toy. DESCRIPTION York is a small barn owl who is oh-so-proud of his royal lineage. Born into the York family of owls, he can trace his lineage back to owls belonging directly to Edward IV. He is greatly resentful of the pall cast upon his family name by birds of Lancastrian persuasion and it is his greatest hope to re-establish the preeminence of the Yorkist birds as the ruling class among the fowls. He is currently collecting literature on Richard III and the War of the Roses to compile a case defending the honor of the Yorkist clan. He hopes to publish his first book with help of his editor and assistant, Cyrano the Bookworm. SKILL LEVEL Advanced Beginner FINISHED MEASUREMENT 7.25” tall MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE PATTERN Medium Weight (Worsted) Yarn – 180 yards of Color A (owl). – 13 yards of Color B (ecru). – 10 yards of Color C (honey). – 12 yards of Color D (black). -- Crochet hook, size G (4.0 mm) -- Locking Stitch markers -- Polyester fiberfill -- Yarn needle for sewing MATERIALS/GAUGE NOTE Gauge is not a critical factor for this project. For just $4.00 This listing is for the sale of THE PATTERN ONLY, not of the actual toy. DESCRIPTION Not as shy as her cousins Bitty and Timmy, Terra feels like the boys just need a good cheering on in the competition against their long-time rivals the Hares. Although not technically a tortoise, Terra has long held the belief that a sea turtle can still play with the big tortoises. She is currently stocking up on Gatorade and pom poms to prepare for cheering the boys (and herself) on. She is also ridiculously proud of the family legend of the sea turtle who carried the earth on it’s back (along with a couple few elephants) and will talk at length about it to anyone who looks like they might even half-listen. SKILL LEVEL Advanced Beginner FINISHED MEASUREMENT 6” tall, 16.5” long from front fins to back fins MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE PATTERN Worsted Weight Yarn – 300 yards of Color A (variegated). – 140 yards of Color B (white). – 45 yards of Color C (orange). – 5 yards of Color D (black). – 5 yards of Color E (white for eyes). -- Crochet hook, size G (4.0 mm) -- Locking Stitch markers -- Polyester fiberfill -- Yarn needle for sewing MATERIALS/GAUGE NOTE Gauge is not a critical factor for this project. If desired, it can be made with any size hook and with any weight of yarn. Adjust hook size/yarn size to obtain desired fabric. I am a very tight crocheter and you may find that you need to go down a hook size or two to eliminate unsightly holes in your toy. You may also require more yarn than I use.

For just $13.00 MADE TO ORDER • Sturdy cord in a color of your choice. • Stainless-steel or wood beads. • St. Therese medal. • Lobster clasp • Sturdy • Measured from end of Therese medal to end of lobster clasp. So it will probably fit a wrist that is about an inch smaller than the measurement. • Handcrafted with love. NOTE: If you don't see the cord color or bead type that you prefer, please feel free to contact the shop owner for a custom order. St. Therese is a relatable saint who focuses on completed acceptance of God's Will and dependence on His grace. Her Little Way is a popular with many as a "doable" way to become saints themselves. ** One day, St. Therese’s sister gave her a set of beads on which to keep count of little acts of love and sacrifice offered to God. Young Therese would pull a bead when she postponed a treat, or let someone have their way. Therese’s mother wrote, “Even Therese wants to start making sacrifices now!”** (Society of the Little Flower) Most St. Therese Sacrifice Beads consist of a crucifix with a string of ten beads, each of which can be pulled and then remain in place. In my person experience, when worn as a bracelet, the crucifix would often pull on my knitting (a travesty, I assure you), catch on my on my sweaters, and just generally be inconvenient. Tired of dealing with my sacrifice beads catching on everything, I decided to make my own, sans crucifix. In its place, I added a St. Therese medal which, since it is round, does not catch on anything. I wear my Sacrifice Beads constantly, taking them only off to shower. I can assure you that they are up the challenge and are not inconvenient. The lobster clasp can be linked into the loop of cord holding the St. Therese medal (see pictures of a closed sacrifice bead bracelet). **Pull a bead toward the medal for any act of self-denial or love for others, thus noting your little acts of love for God each day. You can also use these sacrifice beads as a decade rosary. At the end...

For just $35.00 • Sturdy gold cord or cord color of your choice. • Stainless-steel beads. • Tibetan Style Crucifix. • St. Dymphna Centerpiece. • This rosary is sturdy and is a nice, heavy weight in the hand. • Handcrafted with love. NOTE: If you don't see the cord color or bead type that you prefer, please feel free to contact the shop owner for a custom order. "St. Dymphna was a seventh century Irish virgin martyr. She was 15 (in about 620) when she lost her life spurning the incestuous advances of her father who insisted on marrying her to replace her deceased mother. When she learned of his plan, she fled from Ireland to Gheel, Belgium, but he found her there and beheaded her when she would not cooperate with him. There have been many reports of St. Dymphna miraculously curing the mental, emotional, and neurological afflictions of pilgrims to her burial site in Gheel. Based on these miracles and the story of her martyrdom, she was canonized in 1247 and named patron saint of the mentally ill. Her patronage also extends to incest and rape victims and runaways. St. Dymphna is most often shown with a sword or lamp in her hand and a restrained devil at her feet. Her feast day is May 15." - (https://catholicsaintmedals.com/saints/st-dymphna/)
