How did you go about songwriting, and deciding who sings what?
Carl - We had the same way of songwriting as before.
Peter - Like when you’re small and you say ‘Dibs’! Or sometimes we made a small bet …
Carl - The problem is that if you make a bet with him, he wins every time.
Peter - Or we played billiards and said: whoever wins the next round has the right to sing the first verse of such a song.
lol, it’s so funny how so many people who already saw them are so pissed over not getting those tickets today and seeing them AGAIN. like i get it that it’s frustrating and all. but they are from uk and are probably gonna make many more gigs in uk. like in general you have a gig of any artist you can dream of in that country of yours jfc. try to live in this shithole where you have to wait for decades untill they notice that you exist and are willing to play here :D
I think the band was really born again when we all got together in Thailand. We’re a different group in some way. I don’t know why. It’s a different group. We’re excited, we’re positive. But you never lose that strange nervousness, that strange fever you get…Happiness isn’t a dirty word, you know. And why not be happy? I think at one time I would have been ashamed to say that, especially to a French journalist.I would be ashamed to say, yeah, I’m happy. But fuck it. Why not?
