How did you go about songwriting, and deciding who sings what?

Carl - We had the same way of songwriting as before. Peter - Like when you’re small and you say ‘Dibs’! Or sometimes we made a small bet … Carl - The problem is that if you make a bet with him, he wins every time. Peter - Or we played billiards and said: whoever wins the next round has the right to sing the first verse of such a song.

I think the band was really born again when we all got together in Thailand. We’re a different group in some way. I don’t know why. It’s a different group. We’re excited, we’re positive. But you never lose that strange nervousness, that strange fever you get…Happiness isn’t a dirty word, you know. And why not be happy?
