Any man can identify himself as a woman without putting on a single spec of face powder on his face, without wearing a single item of feminine clothing and without ever having taken a single drop of female hormone - that's the problem. The problem isn't gender non-conforming men who want to look feminine, the problem are men who regardless of how they present themselves want to be accepted as women simply because they say they are.
Feminine men like Ru Paul are no danger to women's sex based rights because they identify as male and gay. Why attack such a man for being a consumer of makeup? Why attack women for the same reason? Why attack feminine trans women, for that matter, on the basis of their looks? When the only problem is when they trample on women's sex based rights, not when they wear a skirt.
I've seen radfems attack a female athlete because in a video her hair was very short and she looked very masculine and so they mistook her for man inserting himself in women's sports. It backfired on them when it was revealed she simply looked manly but was nonetheless a woman. Radfem's persecution of gender non-conformity in men is regressive.
If appearances don't matter then what's wrong with a gender non-conforming appearance? It's just an appearance like any other. I thought that feminists didn't want women to be judged for their appearance? But then they turn around and judge appearances...when the appearance in question is feminine instead of masculine. By and large it's femininity they hate. Unfortunate, considering femininity is mostly created and embraced by women, the very demography they claim to defend.
Looking masculine = cool, morally pure, anti-capitalist no matter how much money you've spent on masculine attire, typically when you're a butch lesbian at which point you're told you're "beautiful".
Looking feminine = you're an impure class traitor who is probably a heterosexual female who still has sex with men, or a trans woman.
Calling your bigotry a form of anti-capitalism is white-washing it, like when misogynists call theirs a hatred for "white" women, pretending they're just being anti-racists.
i really do not believe one can be an anticapitalist trans person
y’all literally think your identity can be bought though cosmetic surgeries, makeup and commodities such as binders or shapewear

I think a lot of people on this website would benefit from hearing that back in 2011 when I was a part of my college's pride group, I was friends with a gay cis male drag queen whose roommate was a lesbian. They had sex with each other often, but it didn't stop my friend from identifying as a gay guy, nor did it stop their roommate from being a lesbian. Neither of them identified as bisexual. This kind of stuff happens between queer people of "conflicting" identities all the time, it's nothing new. There aren't any rules
