i think griffin and anthony were always very close yeah! have quietly always been there for each other even though griffin and sterling and evie's dynamics have always been more intense/volatile. i don't think it's until post-hermes that either of them develop serious feelings about each other though. like i think as griffin's view of sterling gets more and more tainted, he spends more and more time with anthony. likewise anthony isn't really the dramatically pining party, like to me it's the other way round LMAO i think griffin gets so angsty about it. post-hermes reveal it's always anthony saving griffin's life and asking if he's okay and being an anchor and griffin's like wow. i literally cannot burden anthony with my feelings for him on top of everything else guess i'll just die. except anthony's not stupid and does wrangle a confession out of griffin LMAO
