in honor of me getting an adhd evaluation scheduled, ive decided to make an adhd journal with pages detailing my stims and hyperfixation and everything :] does anyone have any recommendations on what i should put in it?

if im being honest i only have two pages so far with hyperfixations and stims hehe. ironically i cant remember what im supposed to add lol

i think covid is getting better around here so hopefully i can get evaluated soon? we couldve done it this summer but covid cases were so high and apparently the evaluation has a lot of close contact (according to my therapist). she did say it was probably better for us to do it during the school year and all to see how im handling it so. does anyone know what adhd evaluations are like? kinda curious lol

hi cool kids im still here whats going on. i rlly want to see my therapist because like she said id get evaluated for adhd with her and i asked mom when that was happening and she said “oh yeah we arent gonna do that” and idk i hope shes lying? id very much like to get evaluated- idk maybe im getting ahead of myself here but a diagnosis would be nice.

here’s what happened when i mentioned how i thought i had adhd to a doctor!

- I got a little nervous and couldn’t really remember what it was i wanted to say, so i kinda missed my chance here

- when i mentioned a few of the symptoms i have, i got hit with that “oh you’re fine!” one thing that really got me was a when she said “i think we’re all a little silly sometimes!!”

silly.

i still cannot believe that she reduced all of this to just teenage silliness. 

i live wondering what’s “wrong” with me everyday, but its just teen silliness.
