When I first got vaporeon, I originally planned to not customize her beyond just painting her eyes and thread sculpting her paws. But then the back fin turned out to be felt so I was like "ohno" and I ordered some royal blue minky. (Which turned out to be a near perfect match!)
The fabric came yesterday, and I had planned to just draw up the pattern and cut the fabric. Long story short I ended up powering through the whole process and she's done! Y'all my back and shoulders are sore and my index fingertip feels a little raw BUT I DID IT and Siren is done!
The minky looks more polished than the felt, imo. And it feels nicer!

I freaking love jellyfish.
Where I live, you can always see a ton of them in the harbor and at the local Monterey Bay Aquarium, which is my all time favorite place. :)
