I don't think I'm going to come back to this blog, I'm just not into stan blogs or actual fandom anymore, plus irl stuff leaves me basically too busy to maintain it anymore. I'm going to keep it up, just for all the old posts I made, but just so you know I'm not going to be active at all.

Hey, y'all, I'm so sorry I've been dead on here as of late. I went on a new medication about a month ago and it's not doing me good. I also haven't been sleeping very well as of late, so I'm kind of just dragging myself through the day at this point, oof.

And I want to continue this blog, because I really like it and all the people who interact with me on here, but BNHA... has some very bad memories attached to it (the main problem is coming from Todoroki Shoto/Dabi and to a small extent Iida Tensei). So I'm not as into it as I was. I might just turn this into a general BNHA sideblog to post OCs and drabbles on, when I start getting into content creating again (bc of irl stuff I haven't been drawing or writing as much as I'd like). But we'll see what happens.

But I want to let y'all know my ask box is open at any point to questions/chatting/whatever, even while I'm not active.

If anyone wants to follow my main (where I mostly blog silly stuff/Steven Universe/Breath of the Wild and my other special interests) it's @yeehawfolk

What is the last piece of media you enjoyed so much that it felt personal?

Oof, I haven't been on here in forever bc I've been busy irl, whoops. But, hello!

Hmm... I'm not real sure? I have a very bad memory, so like. Things that I like and feel strongly about just kind of muddle into one big blob of a timeline, so I can't pinpoint which the last one was. So I'll just say which one I feel very strongly about.

I'd probably have to be cliche and say Love, Simon. Like, I was legit in tears in front of my parents watching it. The entire thing felt very personal because I've known people who've gone through what Simon did and I know the pressure of coming out and being closeted.

Also, small note: This blog might be dead for a bit, I'm gonna be pretty busy irl for a while.

Introspection words, blugh

I feel like… even though I went through some terrible stuff this year that I’ve grown as a person. And ya know, it didn’t come from some magic talk with someone about how I need to let go of past experiences and get over them, but rather from looking at myself and saying “I am worth more than this”. I’ve done plenty of dumb things in response to getting fucked over, but never once did I actually stop and think that… I never deserved what was done to me. That I was above what was done to me. That I could come to terms with my mental illnesses, and start… recognizing, I guess, that I’m worth just as much as someone else.

And that has started me on the route to taking steps to better myself.

I guess what Im trying to get out is that if there’s anyone reading that needs to hear it: Sometimes, you’re worth more than what was done to you. It’s frustrating. It hurts. But just know that you will move forward. This isn’t the end, even if it seems like it.
