I'm 24 years old, and when I was a teenager I smoked a lot. One day when I was 17 I had a massive anxiety attack while high. Lips turned purple, heart rate skyrocketed, I freaked out and I ended up in the hospital. At the time I, and everyone else, thought it was laced. Looking back on it that was a really stupid thing to think as I was the only one negatively affected by what we were smoking. I tried it again a month or so later and same thing happened. This time I was able to relax and "talk myself" down from it. In other words, I turned on Family Guy and laughed my ass off and the anxiety went away.

Since then I've smoked maybe 4 or 5 times. Each time was enjoyable for the most part. There was always a little voice in the back of my head telling me "Oh! You're high! You're gonna freak out!" It hasn't happened again though which I am thankful for. I'm curious how those of you who have dealt with this... deal with it lol. I want that voice gone, and I want to be able to enjoy my high. I'd love to start smoking regularly, and I appreciate any and all advice!
