This one was just okay. I replaced the rice with an asian noodle packet I had. The sauce on the chicken was pretty bland though and overall the meal was lacking. It reheated okay but meh. Not sure if I'd eat it again.

Soy Glazed Pork Meatloaves

This one was great. The meatloaves took a bit more work than some other meals but tasted fantastic. I did not put wasabi in the mashed potatoes cause I'm a spice weakling but I don't think the meal suffered at all. Reheated well too. This one will be a repeat.

Hearty Steak Shepherd's Pie

Pretty simple meal. Hard to go wrong with steak and potatoes. A bit harder than others meals to prep just cause those things take more time but overall not bad at all. Decent taste. Doesn't really stand out but I'd eat it again.

Charred Zucchini and Tomato Melts

Yes! This one was amazing. Spot on. Loved it. The flavor, the ingredients, the crunch. Yum. The only reason I took some points off is for the prep. This one took a bit more consistent work to prep - grilling the veggies which took a while and then charred up instantly - then assembling the sandwich and then grilling that. Also this is not one that works as meal prep - wouldn't really hold up being stored and reheated so I had to make and eat at the same time. But still... totally loved this one and will definitely eat it again.

Smoky Paprika Pork Chops

Just... no. The flavor on these pork chops was terrible and they ended up dry and unappetizing. The green beans were alright. And you'll notice I used sweet potato here instead of regular potato cause I just happened to have some that needed used up. So the sides were okay but the meat was not. Won't get this one again.

This one was just meh. You know I love the meat and rice dishes but this one just wasn't right. I guess I'm just not a big apricot fan or maybe it was the apricot + pork combo that didn't sit well? Either way... probably wouldn't get this one again.

Beef Banh Mi Bowls

Even better than the turkey version I've reviewed before, this meal is great. I love the meat and rice combos and this always has great flavor. The sriracha mayo (even though I'm a weakling and use very little sriracha) is the perfect add on. I may have shredded a bit too much carrot this time around but oh well. Will definitely make this one again and again.

Hoisin Pork Sloppy Joes

This was a fantastic meal - great flavor and not hard at all to make. I didn't find it to be particularly "sloppy" like you'd expect of sloppy joes but that didn't bother me at all. My only complaint is that this is an extra starchy meal with both the bun and the potatoes. Overall I'd definitely make it again but maybe without the potatoes.

Sweet & Spicy Pork Meatballs

This meal was automatically a winner for me concept wise, cause I love the Asian-themed rice, veggie, and meat combos. It was medium difficulty to make just because of all the different elements. And it held up well when reheating. My main complaint is the meatballs - they didn't hold together well and I wanted more sauce. The company picture looks saucy and the actual meatballs weren't. But I'd definitely eat it again.

Pork Sausage Stuffed Peppers

There was almost nothing I liked about this one, and I really tried. The prep wasn't the easiest and my skillet got too full. Then there's way more filling than there is room for it. I'm not sure if it was the weird flavor of the sausage, the texture of the couscous, the not-really-tomato sauce, or the concept of stuffed peppers (they get soft and weird imo), but this one's a no for me.

Philly Style Sloppy Joes

These were absolutely amazing. Just... like... bomb. The flavor was spot on. It was easy to make and could also be easy to customize as needed. It worked alright as a sandwich but as a person who is trying to lessen my bread intake it was also great to just eat on its own. The bread plus the potato wedges was a bit too much of a carb load in my opinion. That is my main complaint, as well as the fact that it wasn't as good reheated. That's a usual fact though so I'm not hurt about it. Overall... majorly recommend.

Easy Chicken Fajitas

Just like it says, these were easy. Not hard at all to cook but did take some prep work to eat, with having to make the tacos up and all. The chicken got a little dry too but overall not too bad. Flavoring was okay. Definitely recommend this one - its customizable too.

This wasn't bad at all. I already know that I like the rice - meat - veggie combos from EP so this one was perfect for me. Taste was fine, decent flavor. Not too bad to make and reheating isn't bad either. I just wasn't sure how I felt about it being turkey in this one, so that's my hold up here. Either way, I'd eat it again.

These were okay. The potatoes and zucchini were, of course, just fine. Overall the meal was easy to make and reheated really well. But the glaze was just a little off. Too sweet and yet not strong enough otherwise. Overall not terrible, I'd get it again if I was low on options.

Lemon Peppercorn Chicken

This one was just ugh. The sides held it up - the potatoes and broccoli (which I paid a little extra to substitute) were great. The lemon flavor on the chicken was just way too strong though. I had to use some extra honey mustard sauce I had to cover it up. Overall the meal wasn't hard to make and it reheated decently well - one of the chicken breasts was really thin and it kinda got rubbery. Not terrible but also I won't get it again.

No. Just no. I strongly disliked the flavor of this sauce / chicken. Overall it was easy to make. The bread was good, the carrots were okay. The meal reheated well. But I barely got it down even after scraping the sauce stuff off. Not my cup of tea.
