My Discussion with the Joseph Campbell Foundation Regarding the Dyad

Here’s my controversial opinion; I love the dyad concept named in The Rise of Skywalker. it was not a connection Abrams and Terrio conjured in the air. No, it was in the narrative of the ST since The Force Awakens. You can see our video on this topic here. 

Terrio state that they found the dyad concept in the teachings of Joseph Campbell. I researched this topic and was unable to find much information. So I reached out to the Joseph Campbell Foundation to see if anyone there could point me to more resources. The Salon Message Board is no longer available on their website. So I thought I would post my full conversation here for those who wish to have this information for metas and the like.

Do you remember an expression used to describe Rey and the fact that she was deceived from her dreams and hopes ? Like when she kissed Ben, she was happy and then he died.

My friend thinks it was ending by "tale" (maybe "cautionary tale"?). She needs it for a school assignment but she can't remember.
