I'm sorry about being so inactive lately, life has been kicking my ass (school stress, death in the family, global events, and a bunch of bs) so I've just been trying to focus on surviving and getting through university.

AI is making me so fucking sad and angry and hopeless feeling, my best coping method has been completely devalued and stolen from me and I want to punch someone. I feel like this will be the start of another huge downward spiral for humanity, because who'll bother to create when computers can "create" for you with a fraction of the time and effort? But AI can't create, only recycle, and when we stop creating it'll run out of things to recycle and that's where all of us will stagnate.

I have drawn maybe two sketches in a month, I used to draw daily and make fully rendered shit, but it's like all my passion has been sucked out of me and I have absolutely no desire to create anymore because creating seems worthless.

Convention had an old machine that lets you put papers into pins and make your own in the arts and crafts room ran by the local library

I was watching an episode right now where Mabel made a wax Stan.

What would happen if Author!Stan would get such a gift? I don't know from whom and it doesn't matter.

Would he be scared too if he saw his copy?

Initially yes, he'd probably have a near heart attack seeing "Ford" and thinking he's somehow back from the "dead". Then he'd get extremely sad because "on never mind it's not him, and now I'm forced to think about how he's gone all over again".

Then he'd probably need to punch someone. Preferably whomever was responsible.

Hello! I just was watching some of your Author Stan AU art (it's amazing :) ) and something made me realize something.

(It's long, so will have to, probably, cut it in two) Part 1.

I get it's still a long way before it, but will we see the younger Pines twins running around Gravity Falls eventually?

Would they encounter the things, Ford wrote in original journal, as things, Stan wrote, is what we saw in the show?

Will Dipper wonder who the author is in your AU too? Or will, despite the fact they still have their canon characters, they'll switch roles and it'll be Mabel, who finds the journal and would want to get to the bottom of everything?

I have NO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE LITTLE TWINS!

Would their roles be switched in general, like Stan and Ford's are? Would Dipper be the one, who'd get in trouble the whole time and Mabel will have to save him? Would Mabel be the one, to want to know the answer to answers of the town? Would it also be Dipper, who'd have to choose to trust Ford on portal or not? Would Mabel be given an opportunity to stay in town and learn more about it?

AAAHHH. THE POSSIBILITIES OF THIS ARE ENDLESS! *Screams!*

Hello! First of all thank you so much! Also wow I'm impressed you have so many thoughts about my silly little au I love it!

The younger Pines may or may not become relevant. The fic is stretching out a lot longer than I'd initially intended so I was thinking of possibly writing two endings to the current fic? One where everything is wrapped up nicely and one that leads into a sequel fic (so readers can sort of decide) but that's enough spoilers for now.

And dang good call on the journals! Stan's journal has so far only been including things we've seen in the show while Ford's canonical one has other creatures. I wasn't sure anyone wouldn't notice! What that means for the future remains to be seen.

There's a lot of younger twin possibilities that are fun to consider potentially!

Finally ended up having to upgrade to Windows 11 and I fucking hate it. Games that were running fine last week are unplayable, folder manager loads slowly, the icons are ugly and everything feels like it's been moved just slightly to the left of where it used to be. There's something off about how my art program performs, and I have no idea what.

It feels like every time I need to do any change to my art program I'm set back by a week in drawing skills because everything feels off. It's like all my pens have been replaced with a different brand that I've never used before and the paper is just barely noticeably the wrong texture. It throws everything off.

One silver lining to the recent influx of porn bots is that my pedantic ass can no longer be self conscious about follower numbers. You gained ten new followers in a day? All bots. Lost twenty? Mass banning of bot followers. True number can no longer be ascertained, they rise and fall arbitrarily like a horny jojo
