This home in the Fatih district of Istanbul has ancient Roman foundations under Ottoman-period archways, with the house dating to the start of the Turkish republic (c. 1920's).

Late Bronze Age baby bottles from Austria, dated to around 1200-800 BC. Similar pint-sized vessels were found across the European continent, with some of them still having ruminant milk residue inside suggesting that it could have been used as a supplementary food during weaning

The Swedish warship Vasa. It sank in 1628 less than a mile into its maiden voyage and was recovered from the sea floor after 333 years almost completely intact. Now housed at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, is the world's best preserved 17th century ship
