March has been a very challenging month for me — from the first 2 weeks where my mom was admitted to the hospital while me & my brother stayed by her side; to my mom passing away later on due to kidney failure. During those times I asked for help & received a lot of doodle commissions. Since the past weeks have been pretty busy and difficult for me & my brother, I've been trying to pace myself so that I could go through them slowly.

I don't have any other source of income and since I can't take new commissions at the moment, I've put up 3 PDF doodle compilations in my ko-fi shop to help fund me & my brother's budget for our needs & expenses.

Sorry for the sudden inactivity, the past weeks has been hard for me & my brother since our mom passed away last March 15. It's only us left now since our dad has been long gone since 2016. I know I still have a lot of things to catch up on but I want to ask for your patience & understanding since we're going through a lot at the moment. I will continue working on the doodles soon, I promise that, but for the meantime I'm going to leave my ko-fi open for tips / donations if anyone wants to help. All funds will be used for me & my brother's needs / expenses as I work slowly through the unfinished doodle comms that piled up while we were back in the hospital.

Thank you so much for your help & support. Without you guys I wouldn't have been able to pay for the hospital expenses & my mom's funeral. It's really hard for me & my brother right now but I find comfort in knowing there are ppl who are ready to support us even through difficult times. Thank you sm anon. Unfortunately I can't really take a break from doing comms completely as it is my main source of income atm but I appreciate your concern. I have been thinking of starting a sticker business on the side tho so I could have a passive income while I work slowly thru all the unfinished comms I have. It's just a plan for now, I'll still have to see if that's something ppl would be interested in.

But thank you still. And don't worry, I'll try my best to pace myself. Now that it's only me & my brother, I know I'd really have to take care of myself better.

i’m so sorry for you and your brother’s loss, but you’re strong and a wonderful sibling that your mother would be proud of and your brother is lucky to have. its okay to feel overwhelmed or not know how to go about things yet, so be patient and kind to yourself, and remember to take care of yourself just as much as you do your brother. i’m sure the future will hold promising, better things for the both of you <3
